ABOUT THE RCBS CORNCOB SHELL DRY MEDIA

The RCBS Corncob Shell Dry Media is an essential component for any handloader seeking immaculate brass for precision reloading. Unlike coarser or less effective cleaning methods, this premium corn cob media provides a gentle yet thorough dry tumbling action that effectively removes powder residue, tarnish, and minor grime without damaging the case integrity. Its consistent performance prepares your brass for subsequent steps like resizing and priming. Handloaders, especially competitive shooters and avid hunters who demand consistent ammunition, rely on this media to achieve a mirror-like polish and ensure uniform feeding into the reloading press. The media works by mechanically abrading the case surface as it tumbles, reaching all areas of the brass to deliver a factory-fresh appearance. This attention to detail in case preparation is paramount for achieving optimal accuracy and reliability from your reloaded ammunition.
