Pachmayr Tactical Grip Glove Glock Sub Compact

• Slip-on fit for Glock subcompacts: This grip glove is shaped for Glock Gen 3 and Gen 4 subcompact pistols, so it adds traction and cushioning without permanent modification or gunsmithing.
• Rubber construction: The rubber body gives the hand a more secure hold, helping maintain control during rapid strings, concealed-carry practice, or range sessions with compact pistols.
• Improved handling comfort: By adding a slightly softer gripping surface, the glove helps reduce the harsh feel of a small-frame handgun and makes extended practice more comfortable.
• Better purchase on a compact frame: Subcompact pistols leave less grip area for the hand, so the added texture and fuller feel help stabilize the pistol during recoil and during one-handed manipulation.
• Simple accessory upgrade: As a dedicated handgun-grip accessory, it offers a straightforward way to improve control while keeping the pistol’s original frame and overall operating system unchanged.

About the Pachmayr Accessories Series

Pachmayr Accessories covers a broad range of shooting accessories built around practical handling improvements for rifles, shotguns, pistols, and revolvers. The series includes handgun and revolver grips, rifle grips, and recoil pads, reflecting Pachmayr’s long-standing focus on the parts of a firearm that most directly affect comfort and control in use. Within the handgun category, the line spans slip-on rubber grips, more rigid G10 Tactical options, and traditional laminate designs, so the series serves both shooters who want a quick functional upgrade and those looking for a more model-specific replacement grip.

A defining trait of the series is its emphasis on traction, recoil management, and secure handling rather than cosmetic change alone. That makes these accessories especially relevant for compact defensive handguns, hard-kicking revolvers, and field guns that benefit from a steadier hold in wet, cold, or high-stress conditions. Across the range, the design philosophy is straightforward: improve the interface between shooter and firearm with durable materials, practical contours, and model-specific fit where it matters most.

About the Pachmayr Tactical Grip Glove Glock Sub Compact

The Pachmayr Tactical Grip Glove Glock Sub Compact is a purpose-built grip sleeve for shooters who want more control from a small-frame Glock without changing the pistol’s core configuration. Compact and subcompact handguns are easy to carry, but their shorter grip frames can feel abrupt under recoil and leave less surface area for the hand. This glove addresses that by adding a rubber gripping surface that improves purchase and makes the pistol feel more settled during firing.

Its main advantage is practical rather than cosmetic. On a subcompact Glock, a more secure hold can help the shooter return the sights faster after each shot, maintain better control during defensive drills, and keep the pistol steadier when shooting with cold or wet hands. The added material also softens the feel of the frame in the hand, which can make longer practice sessions more manageable on small pistols that tend to feel sharper than full-size models.

This version is intended for Glock Gen 3 and Gen 4 subcompact models 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 33, 36, and 39. That model-specific fit matters because it helps the sleeve sit correctly on the frame instead of shifting like a generic universal cover. For concealed-carry users, range shooters, and anyone refining handgun handling, it is a simple accessory that improves grip security while preserving the familiar dimensions and operating characteristics of the pistol.

About Pachmayr

Pachmayr was founded by Frank Pachmayr in 1929, and the company’s early custom gun shop operated in Los Angeles, California. Over time, the brand became closely associated with practical firearm-control products, especially grips and recoil-reducing components for sporting and defensive firearms. Pachmayr introduced its first recoil pad in 1949, and its rubber handgun grips followed in the early 1960s, establishing the company as a long-standing specialist in the parts of a firearm that shape comfort and handling.

Today, Pachmayr is known for handgun grips, recoil pads, gunsmithing tools, and shooting accessories, with product families that include Diamond Pro, G10, Renegade, and American Legend. The brand joined Lyman in 1996, and its manufacturing plant relocated to Prescott Valley, Arizona, in 2014. In this category, Pachmayr’s reputation rests on durable materials, proven grip designs, and practical upgrades that improve control without unnecessary complexity.
