Osuma Picatinny Rail, Sauer 100

• Rifle-specific fit: This Osuma Picatinny Rail is made for the Sauer 100, giving a secure mounting interface that matches the action properly and helps keep optic installation straightforward.
• Picatinny interface: A full Picatinny Rail expands optic choice well beyond proprietary mounts, making it easier to fit riflescopes, red dot sights, or other rail-compatible accessories.
• Aluminium construction: The aluminium body keeps weight under control while still providing the rigidity needed for dependable optic support in regular hunting and range use.
• 0 MOA inclination: The 0 MOA layout suits general-purpose rifle setups, keeping the optic in a neutral position that works well for typical zeroing distances and everyday field shooting.
• Made in Finland: Designed and manufactured in Finland, the rail reflects Osuma’s focus on precise, durable mounting components for practical sporting use.

About the Osuma Picatinny Rails Series

Osuma Picatinny Rails are a family of aftermarket mounting rails built to give specific rifle models a standardized Picatinny platform. Within Osuma’s lineup, this series focuses on practical optic mounting solutions for hunters and sport shooters who want broader compatibility than many factory mounting arrangements provide. The range covers selected rifles from makers such as Tikka, Sauer, Sako, CZ, Mauser, Howa and Remington, with model-specific geometry rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

The series is intended for shooters who want to mount conventional riflescopes, red dot sights, or other rail-based aiming systems with a stable and repeatable interface. Some rails in the family are also offered with a 20 MOA tilt for applications that benefit from extra elevation adjustment, while others remain at a neutral angle for general use. Across the range, the design philosophy is straightforward: keep the rail durable, dimensionally consistent, and easy to integrate into the rifle without unnecessary bulk. Like other Osuma products, these rails are made in Finland and aimed at users who value a clean, functional mounting solution.

About the Osuma Picatinny Rail, Sauer 100

The Osuma Picatinny Rail, Sauer 100 is a rifle-specific base made for shooters who want to equip a Sauer 100 with the broad accessory compatibility of the Picatinny standard. Instead of limiting the rifle to narrower mounting choices, this rail creates a familiar interface for a wide range of optics, which is especially useful when building a hunting rifle around a preferred scope or when moving between different sighting systems.

Its 0 MOA inclination makes it a sensible choice for general hunting and everyday sporting setups, where a neutral mounting angle is often the most practical starting point. That keeps scope setup simple and avoids adding extra cant when it is not needed. The aluminium construction helps keep the rifle balanced, an important point on a field rifle that may be carried for long periods, while still providing the stiffness needed for stable optic support.

Because this rail is part of Osuma’s model-specific mounting range, it is built around proper fit rather than generic dimensions. In practice, that means a cleaner installation and a dependable platform for optics that clamp to Picatinny cross slots. The black finish keeps the appearance discreet and well matched to modern rifles and optics, making this mount base a practical upgrade for a Sauer 100 used in hunting or range shooting.

About Osuma

Osuma is a Finland-based brand whose history goes back to the early 1990s, when its owner began developing scope mounts for his own hunting and benchrest shooting needs. Rifle scope mounting remains the company’s core area of expertise, and that focus is reflected in a product range that includes scope mounts, scope rings, rail mounts, red-dot and holosight mounts, suppressors, and shooting accessories.

The brand designs and manufactures its products in Finland, with a portfolio of more than 150 products. Its rail mounts cover several mounting systems, including 11 mm, Tikka 17 mm, Sako, Picatinny, Optilock, and Blaser patterns, showing a clear emphasis on practical compatibility across popular rifle platforms.
