EOTech Vudu 1-6x24

• 1-6x LPVO range: True low power supports fast, both-eyes-open shooting at close distance, while 6x gives enough magnification for more deliberate holds and target identification farther out.
• First focal plane Speed Ring reticle: The reticle keeps its hold references in proportion as magnification changes, so the scope remains intuitive when moving between fast 1x work and more precise shots at higher power.
• Lockable tactical turrets: The turrets are built for positive adjustment while helping prevent accidental movement during transport, field carry, or hard use on a working rifle.
• Compact 30 mm design: A 270.00 mm body and 570.00 g weight keep the optic manageable on AR-platform rifles and general-purpose carbines without giving up the versatility of a 1-6x scope.
• Nitrogen-filled, weather-resistant construction: Waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof sealing helps maintain a clear sight picture and reliable function in rain, temperature changes, and recoil-heavy use.

About the EOTech Vudu Series

The EOTech Vudu series is the company’s premium magnified-optics line, introduced in 2016 for shooters who need duty-grade construction and precise aiming performance. Within EOTECH’s lineup, Vudu models sit above basic sporting optics and are aimed at professional users, competition shooters, and hunters who want a riflescope built for repeatable adjustment and hard field use.

The series covers a broad range of applications, from low-power variable optics for carbines to higher-magnification models for precision shooting. Depending on the model, the lineup includes first focal plane and second focal plane configurations, along with glass-etched reticles in MOA, MRAD, and Horus patterns. That gives the Vudu family a practical spread of options for fast target acquisition, holdover-based shooting, or more technical long-range work.

Across the series, EOTECH uses single-piece aircraft-grade aluminum tubes with anodized finishes, plus nitrogen purging and O-ring sealing for weather resistance. The design philosophy is straightforward: durable mechanics, clean optical performance, and reticle systems that stay useful under recoil, in poor weather, and across a wide range of shooting distances.

About the EOTech Vudu 1-6x24

The EOTech Vudu 1-6x24 is a low-power variable riflescope built for shooters who want one optic to cover close-range speed and mid-range precision. Its 1.00-6.00 x magnification range makes it well suited to AR-platform rifles and general-purpose carbines, where the ability to transition from near targets to more distant shots matters more than extreme top-end magnification. At 1x, the wide field of view helps maintain awareness and supports rapid target acquisition; at 6x, the image becomes more useful for identifying targets and refining holds.

This model uses a first focal plane layout and is offered with EOTECH’s Speed Ring reticle, a configuration intended to stay fast at low power while still giving a more precise aiming reference as magnification increases. That matters in practical use because the reticle remains visually consistent with the zoom setting, making hold references more intuitive when the shooter changes magnification during a stage, patrol, or hunt. Daytime-usable illumination further improves reticle visibility in bright outdoor conditions, while the auto turn-off function helps preserve battery life from the CR2032 power source.

The mechanical layout is equally focused on field use. Lockable tactical turrets help prevent unwanted adjustment, while the 30 mm tube provides a familiar mounting standard for modern sporting and tactical rifles. With a 270.00 mm length, 570.00 g weight, anti-reflection lens coatings, and nitrogen-filled waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof construction, this LPVO balances compact handling with the durability expected from a serious working optic.

About Eotech

EOTECH was created in 1995 as a subsidiary of the Environmental Research Institute of Michigan (ERIM), an organization established in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 1972. The company is headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan and is best known for its work in aiming and observation systems for professional, tactical, and sporting use.

EOTECH introduced its first Holographic Weapon Sight at SHOT Show 1996 in partnership with Bushnell, and that product family remains central to the brand’s reputation. Its holographic sights have been designed, developed, and manufactured in the United States since 1995. In magnified optics, EOTECH expanded the lineup with the Vudu riflescope series in 2016, bringing the same emphasis on practical reticle design and hard-use construction to precision and low-power variable scopes. More recently, the company broadened its optics portfolio with reflex sights, lasers, and added digital sensor and night-vision capability through the acquisition of Intevac’s Photonics division in 2022.
