AGM Secutor TS50-384 Product description

  • 50 mm F1.0 objective lens: the larger front lens gathers more thermal energy, which helps the scope hold image detail and target definition at longer distances and in poor weather.
  • 384x288 microbolometer sensor: this sensor format gives the AGM Secutor TS50-384 enough thermal detail for reliable detection and practical target recognition without adding unnecessary bulk.
  • 2.4x base magnification: the native magnification suits longer observation and shot placement better than very low-power thermal scopes, making it a sensible fit for open ground and field-edge hunting.
  • 1024×768 OLED display: the high-resolution OLED screen presents a clear viewing image with strong contrast, helping the shooter read heat signatures and reticle position more comfortably during extended use.
  • Video recording, image capture and WiFi: onboard recording and wireless connectivity make it easier to save footage, review sightings and share observations without adding external accessories.

About the AGM Secutor Series

The AGM Secutor series sits in the brand’s thermal weapon-sight range as a family built around dedicated riflescope-style thermal imaging rather than handheld observation. AGM identifies the original Secutor TS25, TS50 and TS75 as thermal imaging weapon sights, with each model using a different objective lens to suit different engagement distances and field-of-view priorities. Across the original TS line, AGM used 17 μm uncooled microbolometers with 384 × 288 resolution and a 50 Hz refresh rate, giving the series a consistent thermal core and image behavior.

The series is designed for shooters who want a traditional, scope-mounted format with thermal capability for hunting and field use after dark. Original Secutor TS models combine a 1024 × 768 display with selectable thermal palettes, digital zoom and picture-in-picture mode, so the user can balance wide-area scanning with more precise aiming. AGM also equipped these models with digitally controlled reticles and boresight adjustment, which simplifies setup compared with purely mechanical sighting systems. Within the family, the main distinction is lens size: shorter lenses favor wider coverage, while larger lenses support more reach and higher native magnification for longer-distance work.

About the AGM Secutor TS50-384

The AGM Secutor TS50-384 is the mid-to-longer-range member of the original Secutor TS family, pairing a 50.00 mm F 1.0 lens with 2.40 x magnification for users who need more reach than an entry-level wide-angle thermal scope. That optical setup narrows the field of view compared with shorter-lens models, but it gives the shooter a more deliberate sight picture for identifying heat sources and placing shots across open fields, tracks and field edges. With a stated detection range of 750.00 m, it is configured for spotting heat signatures well beyond ordinary airgun or rimfire distances.

Its 384x288 microbolometer with 17.00 μm pixel pitch and 50.00 Hz refresh rate provides a stable thermal image with smooth motion rendering, which matters when tracking moving animals or scanning from improvised positions. The 1024×768 OLED display helps preserve apparent image sharpness in the eyepiece, while the 40.00 mm eye relief supports safer, more comfortable use on centerfire rifles. Built-in video recording and image capture add practical value for documenting sightings or reviewing shot placement, and Wifi expands how the scope can be connected in the field.

Physically, the Secutor TS50-384 remains manageable at 700.00 g and 250.00 mm in length, so it offers thermal capability without the oversized feel of some older dedicated units. Waterproof and fogproof construction supports use in damp, cold and changeable conditions, and the stated -40°C to +70°C operating range reflects a design intended for demanding outdoor environments.

About AGM Global Vision

AGM Global Vision was founded in 2019 by Gary Tarakanov and Mark Tarakanov. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, United States, the company focuses on thermal imaging, night vision and digital optics. Its catalog covers handheld and weapon-mounted devices, including thermal and night-vision monoculars and binoculars, weapon sights and illumination equipment.

Within this category, AGM is known for building a broad range of thermal and night-use optics rather than concentrating on a single format. The company’s night-vision products include Generation 2 to Generation 3 image-intensifier options, while its thermal lineup spans established families such as Rattler, Adder and Secutor. More recent launches, including the Sidewinder handheld thermal observation series in 2023 and the Spectrum LRF 4K digital day/night scope in 2024, show AGM’s continued emphasis on field-ready electro-optics for hunting, observation and shooting applications.
