Trijicon MRO Levered Quick Release Low Mount Product description

  • Low-profile mounting height: The low configuration keeps a compatible Trijicon MRO close to the rail, which suits rifles and carbines where a compact sight line and minimal added bulk matter most.
  • Levered quick-release design: The detachable lever system lets the optic be removed and reattached quickly without a separate tool, making transport, maintenance, or swapping setups faster in the field.
  • Repeatable Picatinny fit: Built for Picatinny rail attachment, the mount supports a consistent interface that helps preserve optic position when moving the sight between compatible platforms.
  • Aluminium construction: The aluminium body keeps weight under control while providing the rigidity needed for a red dot mount that must stay stable through regular handling and recoil.
  • 0 MOA alignment: With 0 MOA inclination, the mount keeps the optic in a neutral position that is well suited to close- to mid-range red dot use without adding elevation bias.

About the Trijicon Mounts Series

Trijicon Mounts covers a broad range of mounting solutions for the brand’s optics, from rifle scopes to compact red-dot sights. The series is built around the practical needs of shooters who want the optic and mount to work as a complete system rather than as unrelated parts. Within the range, Trijicon offers dedicated interfaces for sights such as the MRO, RMR, and SRO, along with mounts for scope tubes and platform-specific applications.

A defining characteristic of the series is the variety of mounting heights and attachment styles. Low mounts, full co-witness mounts, and lower one-third co-witness mounts let the user match sight height to firearm setup and shooting posture. The catalog also includes quick-release options, including selected models that use Trijicon Q-LOC technology, alongside levered quick-release designs for fast removal. Across the series, the design approach stays focused on secure rail engagement, straightforward installation, and compatibility with common rail standards used on modern sporting, tactical, and hunting rifles.

About the Trijicon MRO Levered Quick Release Low Mount

The Trijicon MRO Levered Quick Release Low Mount is a dedicated red dot sight mount made for shooters who want the Trijicon MRO to sit as low as possible over a Picatinny rail. That low height is especially useful on rifles or carbines where a compact overall profile matters, or where the shooter prefers a lower sight line for a more direct cheek weld. Because the mount is purpose-built for the MRO interface, it provides a clean, integrated fit rather than relying on a universal adapter arrangement.

Its main advantage is the levered quick-release system. In practical use, that means the optic can be removed quickly for storage, transport, or access to other sighting equipment, then reattached without turning the setup into a slow, tool-dependent process. For users who run one optic across several compatible firearms, a repeatable detachable mount also makes the system more flexible. The 0 MOA design keeps the optic in a neutral orientation, which is appropriate for the close-range and general-purpose roles where MRO red dot sights are commonly used.

The mount’s black anodized aluminium construction balances durability with manageable weight, so it adds less unnecessary mass to a fast-handling rifle. As a detachable, repeatable mount for the MRO platform, it suits practical range use, patrol-style carbines, and streamlined hunting or sporting setups where a low-mounted red dot is preferred.

About Trijicon

Trijicon was founded in 1981 by Glyn Bindon and is based in Wixom, Michigan, United States. The company focuses on aiming systems for military, law enforcement, hunting, and shooting use, with product lines that include riflescopes, red dot sights, electro-optics, and iron sights. In 1985, it adopted the name Trijicon, combining “tritium” and “icon,” reflecting the illumination technology that helped define the brand.

Trijicon is closely associated with durable combat-oriented optics. It introduced the ACOG riflescope in 1987 and later introduced the RMR sight in 2009, two products that established its reputation in fixed-power combat optics and miniature reflex sights. Across its lineup, the company uses tritium, fiber optics, and LED illumination systems, and its products are widely recognized in professional and civilian shooting applications.
