Swarovski Z5i+ 5-25x56 P BT L Product description

  • 5–25x Magnification Range: Covers everything from medium-range shooting to extreme long-range engagement in a single scope, making it a versatile choice for open-country and mountain hunting where shot distances can vary widely.
  • Ballistic Turret (BT) in MRAD: The double-turn, indexed Ballistic Turret allows fast, direct dialing to a known distance and can be locked in place, letting the shooter compensate for range in the field without holding over.
  • Illuminated Second Focal Plane Reticle: Available with the 4W-I, Plex-I, or BRW-I illuminated reticle, all designed to stay clear and uncluttered across the full zoom range while remaining visible in low light.
  • 56 mm Objective Lens with 91% Light Transmission: Gathers enough light to keep the sight picture bright even at 25x magnification, supporting use in the low-light hours around dawn and dusk.
  • Parallax Adjustment: The side-focus parallax adjustment, ranging from 50 m to infinity, removes parallax error and keeps the point of aim accurate at longer distances and higher magnifications.

ABOUT THE Z5i+ SERIES

The Z5i+ series occupies the compact, long-range segment of the Swarovski Optik riflescope lineup. It is built for hunters who need genuine long-range capability but do not want the size and weight that usually come with it, making it a natural fit for mountain hunting and other situations where every gram carried matters.

The series is offered in two magnification ranges, 3.5-18x50 and 5-25x56, both built around a 30 mm main tube and a side-focus parallax adjustment. Depending on configuration, Z5i+ models are available with either standard capped turrets or an exposed Ballistic Turret (BT) in MOA or MRAD for faster distance compensation, and with a choice of illuminated reticles, from the simple 4W-I, Plex-I, and BRW-I designs to more elaborate ballistic reticles for holdover-based aiming.

Mechanically, the Z5i+ series is designed to keep the scope compact and light without giving up the durability and optical standards expected of Swarovski riflescopes. Reticles are illuminated with adjustable brightness for use across changing light conditions, and the second focal plane design keeps the sight picture uncluttered throughout the zoom range. Overall, the series is aimed at hunters and long-range shooters who want a dependable, easy-to-carry hunting riflescope that still performs at extended distances.

ABOUT THE MODEL (SWAROVSKI Z5i+ 5-25x56 P L BT)

The Swarovski Z5i+ 5-25x56 P L BT is the higher-magnification, ballistic-turret model in the Z5i+ series, built for hunters and precision shooters who regularly need to engage targets at extended distances. The 5-25x magnification range offers enough flexibility to cover closer shots at the bottom of the zoom range while still providing the reach needed for long-range shooting at the top end.

The 56 mm objective lens gathers enough light to maintain a usable exit pupil even at maximum magnification, supporting a clear sight picture into low-light hours such as dawn and dusk, when much hunting activity takes place. Light transmission of around 91% further supports brightness and contrast across the magnification range.

This model comes with the ring-mount tube and the exposed Ballistic Turret (BT), scaled in MRAD. The turret is a double-turn design, giving a total elevation travel of 23 mrad and windage travel of 14.5 mrad in 0.1 mrad clicks, with the indexed, laser-marked rings making it easy to dial to a known distance and return to zero. The scope is available with the illuminated 4W-I, Plex-I, or BRW-I reticle, all positioned in the second focal plane so the reticle stays a consistent, uncluttered size regardless of magnification, with adjustable brightness to suit ambient light.

Side-focus parallax adjustment runs from 50 m to infinity, letting the shooter eliminate parallax error at any realistic hunting or shooting distance. Housed in a sealed, nitrogen-filled tube, the scope is waterproof and rated submersible to 4 m. At 378 mm long and 641 g, it stays manageable on the rifle despite the added ballistic turret, in keeping with the series' focus on low weight for mountain and long-range hunting.

ABOUT SWAROVSKI

Swarovski Optik is an Austrian optics manufacturer based in Absam, Tyrol, founded in 1949. The company grew out of Wilhelm Swarovski's early work on optical glass and prism manufacturing, and has since become one of the best-known names in premium hunting and outdoor optics.

Swarovski Optik produces binoculars, spotting scopes, and riflescopes, with production carried out largely in-house at its Austrian facilities. Over the decades, the company has introduced a number of firsts in the hunting optics field, including some of the earliest illuminated riflescope reticles and integrated laser rangefinders.

The company's product philosophy centers on high optical performance, mechanical reliability, and durability under demanding field conditions, which has made its riflescopes, binoculars, and tactical optics a common choice among hunters and precision shooters worldwide.
