Streamlight TLR-7X SUB Weapon Light for SIG P365

• Subcompact-specific fit: Built for SIG P365 and P365 XL closed rail systems, this weapon light keeps the package compact and secure without adding the bulk of a full-size pistol light.
• 500-lumen output: The LED delivers enough light for positive target identification and better awareness in confined spaces, while the focused beam still reaches out to 141.00 m when more distance is needed.
• Short weapon-light format: The low-profile housing suits concealed-carry and defensive handguns, helping preserve handling and holster compatibility better than larger rail-mounted lights.
• CR123A power: A common battery format and 1.50 h runtime make the light practical for users who want straightforward battery replacement and dependable readiness.
• Aluminium, waterproof construction: The metal body and sealed design are better suited to daily carry, weather exposure, and repeated training use than a less robust light body.

About the Streamlight TLR Flashlight Series

Streamlight TLR Flashlight is the company’s long-running family of weapon-mounted lights, introduced in 2006 and developed for long guns as well as full-size, compact, and subcompact handguns. Within Streamlight’s lineup, the TLR range covers practical duty, defensive, and sporting applications, with models aimed at law enforcement, military, and sporting goods markets. That broad scope is one of the series’ defining strengths: the platform spans simple white-light units as well as light-and-laser combinations, and it has expanded over time as LED performance, battery formats, and mounting solutions have evolved.

The series began with the TLR-1, Streamlight’s first aluminum gun-mounted light for full-size firearms, and it has since grown into a current family that includes dedicated variants for modern subcompact pistols. Across the range, the design philosophy stays consistent: compact housings, secure rail attachment, and controls that are easy to operate under stress. In practice, that makes the TLR family relevant to users who need a light that integrates cleanly with a firearm rather than feeling like an oversized add-on. The result is a series known for adapting the same core weapon-light concept to very different handgun and long-gun roles.

About the Streamlight TLR-7X SUB Weapon Light for SIG P365

Streamlight TLR-7X SUB Weapon Light for SIG P365 is a short weapon light tailored to the size and handling of the SIG Sauer P365 platform. Instead of forcing a compact handgun to carry a full-size light, this model is shaped around the needs of a slim defensive pistol, giving the user useful white-light output while keeping the setup trim. That matters on a handgun often chosen for concealed carry, where excess length and weight can affect balance, draw, and everyday practicality.

Its 500.00 lumen LED output is matched with a beam that reaches 141.00 m, giving it a useful blend of close-range flood and enough center intensity for identification at longer indoor or outdoor distances. In practical terms, that makes the light suitable for home-defense roles, low-light training, and general handgun use where situational awareness matters as much as raw brightness. The CR123A power supply keeps battery changes simple, and the stated 1.50 h runtime supports realistic defensive and training use without making the light overly large.

The housing is made from aluminium, which helps the unit stand up to repeated mounting, recoil, and daily handling better than a lighter-duty body. Its waterproof construction adds another layer of field practicality for carry in rain, humidity, or general outdoor use. As a dedicated handgun-mounted light for the P365 family, this model focuses on keeping the pistol compact, controllable, and ready for low-light work rather than chasing unnecessary size.

About Streamlight

Streamlight was established in 1973 in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The company focuses on portable and weapon-mounted lighting, with a product range that includes flashlights, headlamps, lanterns, scene lights, and laser-sighting devices. Streamlight later moved its headquarters and production facilities to Norristown in 1977 and then to Eagleville, Pennsylvania in November 2001, where it remains headquartered today.

In this product category, Streamlight is particularly well known for developing LED lighting, rechargeable lighting products, and dedicated firearm lights such as the TLR line, alongside other families like ProTac. Its core expertise lies in designing, manufacturing, and marketing lighting tools built for professional, defensive, and outdoor use. That background is directly relevant to the TLR-7X SUB, which comes from a manufacturer with a long-standing focus on compact, firearm-mounted illumination systems.
