Rusan Front Pivot Base for Benelli Argo

• Steel Front Base: The steel construction gives the pivot mount a rigid, wear-resistant foundation, helping the optic stay securely aligned under recoil and repeated use.
• Benelli Argo Fit: This front pivot base is made for the Benelli Argo platform, so it provides the correct interface for a clean installation and dependable engagement with the matching pivot mount components.
• Part of the Rusan Pivot System: As the front anchor point in a pivot mount setup, it supports quick removal and reattachment of the scope while preserving the repeatability that hunters expect from a detachable mount.
• 0 MOA Inclination: The neutral base angle keeps the optic in a standard mounting position, which suits general hunting rifles and conventional zeroing distances without adding cant to the setup.
• Made in Croatia: Production in Croatia reflects Rusan’s long focus on machined firearm mounting parts, with practical emphasis on precise fit, durable materials, and straightforward field use.

About the Rusan Pivot Mounts Series

Rusan Pivot Mounts are built as a traditional detachable scope-mounting system for shooters who want a secure fit on the rifle together with the option to remove the optic when needed. Within the Rusan lineup, this series covers both complete pivot mounts and versions supplied without bases, allowing the system to be configured for different rifles and mounting interfaces.

The series is offered for a wide range of rifle makes and models, and it also spans several sight interfaces, including 26 mm, 30 mm, 34 mm, 36 mm, and 40 mm scope tubes as well as rail-based variants where applicable. A consistent characteristic across the range is steel construction combined with quick-release fixation, which gives the mounts the strength needed for repeated attachment cycles and the repeatability expected from a pivot design. In practice, the series suits hunters and sporting shooters who value a low-profile mounting solution that can be detached for transport, maintenance, or switching optics while keeping the rifle’s setup consistent.

About the Rusan Front Pivot Base for Benelli Argo

The Rusan Front Pivot Base for Benelli Argo is the front locating element of a detachable pivot-mount setup, made specifically for the Benelli Argo rifle. Although compact, this part plays a critical role in the system because it establishes the forward engagement point that the mount returns to each time the optic is installed. That repeatable contact is what makes a pivot mount practical for rifles that may alternate between scoped use and open access to the receiver.

Its steel construction is important not simply for strength, but for long-term dimensional stability. On a recoil-bearing hunting rifle, the base must resist wear at the engagement surfaces and hold its shape over many mounting cycles. That helps the complete mount maintain consistent alignment and supports reliable return-to-position when the optic is removed and refitted.

The 0 MOA inclination keeps the mounting geometry neutral, which is appropriate for general-purpose hunting optics and standard sight-in distances. Finished in black, the base integrates cleanly with the rifle and matching mount components. As a spare part for Rusan Pivot Mounts, it is intended for users who are building, replacing, or servicing a Benelli Argo pivot-mount system and need the correct front base rather than a universal substitute.

About Rusan

Rusan-Mikron is based in Marija Bistrica, Croatia, and the Rusan family’s metalworking business dates to 1983. The company’s firearms-related work expanded when Željko Rusan opened a gunsmith shop in 1986, and Rusan began producing scope mounts in 1993. That background is directly relevant to products such as pivot bases and scope-mount components, where precise machining and repeatable fit matter more than cosmetic design.

Today, Rusan manufactures scope mounts, scope rings, Picatinny rails, and firearm tuning products, and it is also known for adapter systems for clip-on devices. The company introduced its clip-on sight adapter clamp in 2009 and produces adapters for night-vision and thermal-imaging devices. This combination of conventional scope-mounting hardware and modern optical-adapter expertise gives Rusan a strong reputation among users who need robust steel mounting solutions for hunting and shooting rifles.
