Meprolight FT Bullseye for IWI Masada

• Battery-free illuminated aiming: The FT Bullseye uses fiber optics for daylight and tritium for low light, so the sight picture stays visible around the clock without switches, charging, or battery management.
• Single-sight bullseye alignment: Its outline bullseye aiming system replaces the usual front-and-rear sight relationship, helping the shooter center the aiming reference quickly at defensive distances.
• Low-profile carry design: The compact housing keeps the sight close to the slide, which helps preserve a natural draw and supports use with many standard holsters.
• Fixed, rugged construction: With a fixed adjustment design and aluminium body, this sight is built for hard slide movement and daily carry while keeping the setup simple.
• Masada-specific fit: This version is made for the IWI Masada, giving owners a dedicated FT Bullseye configuration for a clean installation on the pistol platform it was designed around.

About the Meprolight FT Bullseye Series

The Meprolight FT Bullseye series sits in the brand’s current handgun-sights lineup as a compact, self-illuminated aiming system for defensive pistols. Rather than following the usual pistol-sight formula, the series uses a bullseye aiming reference that is designed to work without batteries and, in its front-sight form, without a separate rear sight. That makes the concept especially relevant for concealed-carry and close-range defensive use, where fast visual pickup matters more than a traditional sight picture.

Across the family, fiber optics provide daytime illumination while tritium supports low-light use, so the sight remains ready in changing light without electronics. The FT Bullseye range includes both front-sight and rear-sight versions for compatible pistol fitments, including models for Glock-pattern handguns and other popular service pistols. The design philosophy is straightforward: keep the sight small, always on, and easy to read under stress. For shooters who want a carry-friendly alternative to a slide-mounted optic, the series offers a simplified aiming system with the speed of a reflex-style visual reference in a much more compact format.

About the Meprolight FT Bullseye for IWI Masada

The Meprolight FT Bullseye for IWI Masada is a dedicated tritium night sight built around fast, instinctive alignment on the Masada platform. Instead of asking the shooter to line up a front blade inside a rear notch, this model uses an outline bullseye sight picture with an O-style rear reference. In practice, that means the eye is guided toward a single centered aiming image, which can reduce visual clutter and speed up target acquisition at the short to moderate distances where defensive pistols are most often used.

The sight is self-illuminated, combining the FT Bullseye concept with constant visibility in both bright and dim conditions. In daylight, the fiber-optic element helps the aiming reference stand out clearly; in darkness or transitional light, tritium keeps the sight usable without external power. Because there are no batteries and no activation controls, the system is always ready when the pistol is drawn.

Its fixed adjustment layout and aluminium construction suit a carry gun that needs durability and minimal snag risk. The black housing keeps the profile discreet, while the low, compact form preserves the handling qualities expected from a defensive handgun. For Masada owners who want a simpler alternative to conventional iron sights or a bulkier slide-mounted optic, this model focuses on speed, low-light readiness, and a clean carry profile.

About Meprolight

Meprolight was founded in 1990 as a supplier of sights and battle optics to the Israel Defense Forces. Based in Or Akiva, Israel, the company develops and manufactures optical and electro-optical sighting systems for military, law-enforcement, and civilian users. It operates as a division of SK Group and has built its reputation around practical sighting products designed for service use as well as the commercial market.

The company’s range covers conventional sights, tritium night sights, reflex optics, and thermal sights, along with systems for pistols, rifles, shotguns, and carbines. That breadth is relevant here because the FT Bullseye sits within a wider Meprolight approach: compact, duty-oriented aiming solutions that emphasize constant readiness, low-light capability, and robust construction rather than unnecessary complexity.
