MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount for Leupold QR, LM rail

• One-piece pivot construction: A single-piece bridge keeps the optic interface aligned as one unit, which helps maintain consistent positioning and dependable return to the rifle after removal and refitting.
• Leupold QR compatibility below: Built for Leupold Quick Release (QR) bases, this mount suits rifles already set up with that system and makes it easier to move between field carry and scoped use without a permanent fixed installation.
• LM Rail interface above: The LM Rail top interface provides a direct fit for compatible optics, avoiding separate rings and giving a clean, low-profile installation with fewer parts to manage.
• Low 4.00 mm build height: The modest 4.00 mm height helps keep the optic close to the bore, supporting a more natural cheek weld and a more compact overall rifle setup.
• Aluminium body: The aluminium construction keeps weight under control while still providing the rigidity needed for regular hunting use and repeated mounting cycles.

About the MAKflex Series

MAKflex is MAK’s modular pivot bridge mount family for rifles and break-action firearms. The series is built around the idea that a pivot mount should adapt to different rifles and optics without losing the clean handling that hunters expect from this style of mounting system. Across the range, MAK offers different ring diameters and pivot-foot options, along with versions for platforms such as Leupold Quick Release, EAW base plates, Merkel mounts and original Steyr interfaces.

A defining trait of the series is its flexibility. Depending on the configuration, a MAKflex mount can be set up for traditional scope tubes or for optic interfaces such as Picatinny, Zeiss, Swarovski and Aimpoint Micro. MAK also offers the line with either a rotating lock or a lever lock, allowing the user to choose the operating style that best suits the rifle and intended use. In practice, the MAKflex series is aimed at hunters and shooters who want the familiar handling of a pivot mount, but with a more modular approach to optic choice and rifle compatibility.

About the MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount for Leupold QR, LM rail

The MAKflex One-Piece Pivot Mount for Leupold QR, LM rail is a specialized solution for rifles already equipped with Leupold Quick Release (QR) bases and optics that use an LM Rail interface. Instead of relying on separate rings, this configuration uses a one-piece bridge layout that supports a direct, tidy connection between rifle and optic. That makes it especially suitable for hunters who prefer a streamlined mounting arrangement with fewer individual parts and a lower overall profile.

The combination of a one-piece pivot mount and LM Rail top interface is particularly useful on hunting rifles where secure alignment and practical handling matter as much as raw strength. A rail-based optic connection can simplify installation on compatible scopes, while the pivot-style design preserves the traditional advantages of this mounting format for rifles that are carried often and scoped according to the day’s use. The stated 4.00 mm build height also helps keep the sight line close to the bore, which supports a more natural head position behind the rifle.

Its aluminium construction keeps the mount light enough for field use without giving up the stiffness expected from a precision-made optic mount. For a rifle-and-scope combination based on Leupold QR below and LM Rail above, this model offers a purpose-built fit rather than a generic compromise.

About MAK

MAK is a German brand associated with Kilic Feintechnik GmbH in Schwebheim, Germany. The company develops and manufactures optical mounts, optics and electronic products, serving civilian and government users including hunters, sports shooters and professional customers. This broad product focus is relevant because it places MAK in the part of the market where mounting systems must work alongside modern sighting and observation equipment rather than as isolated accessories.

The MAK Group identifies patented solutions among its optics, mounts and electronics, and its catalogue includes both standardized products and customized solutions for professional use. Within the shooting and hunting optics segment, MAK is known for lines such as MAKuick quick-release mounts, MAKmilmont monoblock mounts, MAKdot red-dot sights and MAKpro riflescopes. That combination of mounting and optic expertise is reflected in products like the MAKflex series, where mechanical fit, repeatability and practical field handling are central to the design.
