Kite Optics K6 2.5-15x56i HD

• 56 mm objective for low-light hunting: the large front lens, 93 % light transmission, and a twilight factor up to 29 help the scope stay useful deeper into dawn and dusk, when game is often most active.
• 2.5-15x magnification range: this wide zoom span covers woodland stalking, mixed-distance hunting, and more deliberate shots from a high seat without forcing a change of optics.
• Illuminated SFP reticle with APC: the second focal plane reticle stays visually consistent through the zoom range, while automatic illumination control helps keep the aiming point ready without wasting battery power.
• Capped 0.10 MIL turrets: precise click adjustment is available when needed, but the capped design protects settings from accidental movement during transport and field carry.
• Japan-made, field-ready construction: the 30 mm tube, nitrogen filling, waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof build support dependable use in changing weather and rough hunting conditions.

About the Kite Optics K6 Series

The Kite Optics K6 series is a current family of hunting riflescopes built for shooters who want a broad magnification range without moving into oversized tactical designs. The series spans four models from 1-6x to 2.5-15x, giving it coverage from driven hunting and fast woodland work to more deliberate shooting at longer distances. KITE positions the line for hunters and competitive shooters, with an emphasis on practical field use rather than exposed-match styling.

Across the range, the K6 scopes are made in Japan and use the company’s PERMAVISION, PERMARESIST and MHR Advance+ coatings to support contrast, image clarity, and lens durability in hard outdoor use. Every listed K6 model uses an illuminated 4A reticle in the second focal plane, a familiar layout that keeps the reticle appearance constant as magnification changes. The series also uses APC (Angle Power Control), which adjusts illumination according to the scope’s position, together with automatic shutoff after 3 hours and a low-battery warning. The result is a riflescope family designed around dependable low-light visibility, straightforward handling, and efficient battery management.

About the Kite Optics K6 2.5-15x56i HD

The Kite Optics K6 2.5-15x56i HD is the low-light specialist of the K6 family. Its 2.5-15x magnification range gives it enough width for shorter woodland opportunities, while still offering the top-end precision needed for more careful shot placement across open ground. Paired with a 56 mm objective lens, it is especially well suited to high-seat hunting, edge-of-forest observation, and the last legal minutes of shooting light, where image brightness and aiming confidence matter more than compact size.

Its optical layout combines 93 % light transmission, a generous 11.6-3.7 mm exit pupil, and a field of view from 14.50 m/100m to 2.50 m/100m. In practice, that means a bright, easy sight picture at lower power and enough magnification to evaluate detail and place shots more precisely as distance increases. The 4A-style illuminated reticle in the second focal plane remains the same apparent size throughout the zoom range, which many hunters prefer because the aiming point stays familiar and uncluttered at every setting.

The mechanical layout also reflects hunting use. Capped turrets reduce the chance of accidental adjustment, while the 10mm/100m - 0.10MIL click value still allows precise zeroing. A fixed 100 m parallax setting keeps operation simple in the field, and the 98 mm eye relief supports a stable shooting position on a wide range of hunting rifles. With a 30 mm tube, nitrogen filling, and waterproof, fogproof, shockproof construction, this riflescope is built for regular use in cold mornings, wet weather, and demanding hunting terrain.

About Kite Optics

KITE OPTICS is a Belgian family-owned company founded in 1992 and headquartered in Jabbeke, Belgium. The company developed its reputation through high-precision optics for nature observation, and its catalogue today includes binoculars, spotting scopes, riflescopes, and red-dot sights. Alongside traditional optical products, KITE is also known for offering both stabilized and conventional optics, which gives the brand a broader technical base than many hunting-optics specialists.

Within its riflescope range, KITE organizes its hunting models into families such as K6, K4, B6, and B6 LR, with the K6 line representing its Japan-made 6x zoom class. That background matters here because the company’s experience is not limited to one niche: it combines field-oriented hunting design with the optical standards expected from a brand rooted in observation optics. The result is a manufacturer known for practical, well-finished instruments that prioritize image quality, ease of use, and dependable operation outdoors.
