AD 1700 mount with hardware

• Factory hardware set: This AD 1700 mount with hardware provides the correct mounting pieces for the intended American Defense assembly, helping restore a secure fit and consistent alignment without improvising with generic parts.
• Built for mount maintenance: As part of the AD Accessories range, it supports routine service, replacement, or refurbishment of compatible mounting setups, which is useful for hard-use rifles and frequently reconfigured optics platforms.
• Made in the USA: American Defense manufactures its mounting products in the USA, giving this accessory the same domestic production focus associated with the brand’s optic and firearm mounting systems.
• Practical compatibility role: Designed as an accessory for mounts, it suits users who need to keep an existing mount in service rather than replace the entire assembly, which can save time when maintaining proven equipment.

About the AD Accessories Series

American Defense’s AD Accessories series covers the supporting components around the company’s mounting ecosystem, including light mounts, bipod mounts, rail components, and other firearm accessories. Within the broader American Defense lineup, this series serves shooters and professional users who need the smaller but essential parts that keep a rifle or accessory setup functional, adaptable, and properly configured. It is a practical extension of the brand’s core mount range rather than a separate product family with a different design philosophy.

A defining trait of the wider American Defense mount system is the patented Auto Lock lever system, developed for quick-detach use across a broad range of applications. The lever can be adjusted without proprietary tools, using fingers or a flat-blade screwdriver, and it can be configured to lock toward the front or rear of the mount depending on user preference and clearance needs. American Defense also states that its mount products are adjustable to fit in-spec and out-of-spec rail systems, which reflects the series’ emphasis on practical field compatibility for law enforcement, military, competition, hunting, and recreational use.

About the AD 1700 mount with hardware

The American Defense AD 1700 mount with hardware is a focused mounting accessory intended for users who need the proper hardware package for an existing American Defense mount setup. Rather than changing the role of the firearm or optic, this part supports the reliability of the mounting interface itself, which is often the foundation for repeatable zero, stable accessory placement, and dependable day-to-day handling. For shooters who run hard-use carbines, hunting rifles, or frequently reconfigured tactical optics, replacing worn or missing hardware with the correct factory component is often the simplest way to keep proven equipment in service.

Because this model is built specifically as an accessory for mounts, its value is practical: it helps maintain the original fit and fastening arrangement intended by the manufacturer. That matters when a mount must stay secure under recoil, transport, and repeated removal or reinstallation. In a setup where the optic and mount have already been chosen carefully, the right hardware helps preserve that system instead of introducing uncertainty through universal replacement parts. The result is a cleaner maintenance solution for users who want to service an American Defense mount while keeping the overall package consistent with the brand’s original design approach. The fact that it is made in the USA also aligns it with the company’s broader emphasis on domestic manufacture for its mounting products.
