Good morning, I wanted your advice "at the moment I own a MINOX LR 5-25X56 FFP riflescope, I would like to make a quality change, I wanted to know if the Steiner M5Xi 5-25x56 FFP is qualitatively better than the MINOX LR 5-25X56 FFP? I await your response, Thanks. Best regards Stefano

by Stefano

Dear Sir!

Steiner M5Xi scopes are competing directly with Minox ZP5 rifle scopes and thus the comparison is not completely fair. The Minox LR scopes are great value, however more expensive scopes like M5Xi and ZP5 do offer greater reliability in harsh conditions and are build more robust for extreme use. In terms of optical performance however the difference is small, since the Minox LR scopes are optically really good.
