Rusan Picatinny rail - Bergara BA13 - extended

• Extended Picatinny layout: The longer 140.00 mm rail gives more room to position a riflescope, red dot, or other Picatinny-compatible optic where eye relief and balance work best on the rifle.
• Steel construction: A steel body adds rigidity at the mounting interface, helping the optic stay aligned under recoil and repeated use in the field.
• Model-specific fit: This rail is made for the Bergara BA13 platform and related compatible models, which simplifies installation and gives a stable base without relying on universal compromises.
• 0 MOA inclination: The 0 MOA profile keeps the optic level with the bore for straightforward zeroing at typical hunting and general shooting distances.
• Low-profile design: With a height of 4.25 mm, the rail keeps the optic close to the rifle, which can support a more natural cheek weld and a more consistent shooting position.

About the Rusan Picatinny Bases Series

Rusan Picatinny Bases are built as model-specific mounting solutions for shooters who want a standardized optic interface on rifles that may originally use proprietary mounting footprints. In the manufacturer’s range, the series sits as a practical bridge between the firearm and any MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny-compatible optic, ring set, or accessory. That makes the series relevant for hunting rifles, single-shot break-action platforms, and other firearms where secure optic placement matters as much as the optic itself.

The series is defined by high-grade steel construction, a black oxide semi-gloss finish, and a fit tailored to specific rifle models rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Across the range, mounting methods vary by application and can include countersunk screws, set screws, quick-release levers, or rails without holes, depending on the firearm. Where the rifle and intended use call for it, some rails are also offered with 10, 20, 30, or 40 MOA inclination for longer-range setups. The common thread is a durable, repeatable mounting platform that gives the shooter access to the broad Picatinny ecosystem while keeping the installation matched to the rifle’s geometry.

About the Rusan Picatinny rail - Bergara BA13 - extended

The Rusan Picatinny rail - Bergara BA13 - extended is designed for shooters who want more mounting latitude on the Bergara BA13 and related compatible platforms. Its extended 140.00 mm length is the defining feature: compared with a shorter base, it gives more freedom to move an optic forward or rearward to match eye relief, ring spacing, and shooting position. That matters especially when fitting larger riflescopes, compact optics with fixed mounting points, or setups that need extra clearance around the action.

The rail uses a Picatinny interface, which opens the rifle to a wide range of optics and accessories without locking the user into a proprietary ring pattern. Its 0 MOA inclination suits general-purpose hunting and sporting use, where a neutral base keeps zeroing simple and preserves a straightforward setup for ordinary field distances. The 4.25 mm height keeps the assembly relatively low over the receiver, helping maintain a solid cheek position and reducing the feeling of an unnecessarily tall optic mount.

Steel construction is a practical choice for a base like this because the rail is the foundation of the entire sighting system. A rigid steel body helps resist movement, wear, and stress from recoil or repeated removal and reinstallation of mounted accessories. Finished in black, the rail keeps a subdued appearance that matches most rifles and optics while serving as a durable mounting platform for hunting optics and general rifle use.

About Rusan

Rusan-Mikron is a Croatian manufacturer based in Marija Bistrica, Croatia, with roots in the Rusan family’s metalworking business dating back to 1983. Željko Rusan opened a gunsmith shop in 1986, and the company began producing scope mounts in 1993. That background explains why Rusan remains closely associated with practical mounting solutions and firearm-related metalwork rather than broad consumer optics production.

Today, Rusan is known for scope mounts, scope rings, Picatinny rails, firearm tuning products, and adapter systems for night-vision and thermal-imaging devices. The company introduced its clip-on sight adapter clamp in 2009, and that focus on precise interfaces carries across the product range. For mounting products such as this Picatinny rail, Rusan’s reputation rests on model-specific fit, durable steel construction, and a product catalog built around solving real compatibility and mounting problems on sporting and hunting rifles.
