Rusan Single Ring, 36 mm

• Single 36 mm ring part: This ring is sold as one piece, making it suitable for replacing a damaged upper ring half or completing a compatible Rusan mount without buying a full ring set.
• Steel construction: The steel body provides the rigidity needed to keep a 36 mm optic securely clamped, which helps maintain a stable mounting interface under repeated recoil and regular field use.
• Rusan Ø 8 mm interface compatibility: Built for Rusan’s Ø 8 mm interface, this upper ring part fits into the brand’s modular mounting system and simplifies repairs, replacements, and configuration changes.
• KR 0.0 mm extension: The non-extended format keeps the ring centered over the base interface, which is useful when a straightforward, compact mounting position is required.
• Black finish: The black surface matches most scope mounts and sporting optics while also helping the part blend into hunting and tactical optics setups with a low-profile appearance.

About the Rusan Spare Parts Series

Rusan Spare Parts covers the manufacturer’s replacement and modular mount components for users who need to repair, adapt, or complete an existing mounting setup rather than replace the whole assembly. Within this family, scope-mount and ring parts are offered as individual components, including ring elements listed in the manufacturer’s Other mounts parts category. This makes the series especially relevant for gunsmiths, experienced shooters, and anyone maintaining a rifle setup built around Rusan hardware.

The series includes upper ring parts sold individually, with multiple diameters such as 26, 30, 34, 35, 36, and 40 mm. Rusan also offers different ring-part heights and attachment variants across the range, reflecting the brand’s practical approach to mount compatibility and serviceability. Instead of treating rings as disposable assemblies, the series supports targeted replacement of the exact part needed. For users of hunting optics and other rifle-mounted sights, that means easier maintenance, better parts matching, and a more flexible way to keep an established mounting system in service.

About the Rusan Single Ring, 36 mm

The Rusan Single Ring, 36 mm is an upper ring part intended for use within the brand’s modular mount system. Its role is straightforward but important: it secures a 36 mm scope body or sight tube to a compatible lower mount interface, making it useful both as a replacement component and as part of a custom mounting configuration. Because it is supplied as a single ring piece rather than a full pair, it is particularly practical when only one side of an existing assembly needs to be replaced.

The ring is made from steel, a material chosen for dependable clamping strength and resistance to deformation. In practical use, that matters when supporting larger or heavier optics, where a secure hold helps preserve alignment and reduces the chance of movement under recoil. The KR 0.0 mm extension indicates a standard, non-offset format, so the ring sits without added forward or rearward displacement. This suits installations where the optic already has the correct eye-relief position and no extra extension is required.

Compatibility is centered on the Rusan Ø 8 mm interface, which ties this ring to the manufacturer’s own mounting architecture. For shooters using Rusan bases and ring systems, that makes this part a precise solution for maintaining fit and consistency. Finished in black and built without an integrated bubble level, it keeps the design simple, compact, and focused on the core task of securely holding a 36 mm optic in place.

About Rusan

Rusan-Mikron is based in Marija Bistrica, Croatia, and the company’s roots in metalworking go back to 1983. Željko Rusan opened a gunsmith shop in 1986, and the business began producing scope mounts in 1993, establishing the foundation for the product categories it is known for today. This long focus on machining and firearm-related hardware is directly relevant to products such as scope rings, rails, and mounting interfaces.

Rusan manufactures scope mounts, scope rings, Picatinny rails, and firearm tuning products, along with adapter systems for modern optical devices. The company is also known for adapter clamps for clip-on sights and adapters for night-vision and thermal-imaging devices, showing a product range that spans both conventional riflescope mounting and newer electro-optic applications. That background gives Rusan a strong reputation among users who value practical compatibility, robust metal construction, and purpose-built mounting components.
