Rix Optics Tourer T20

• Day-and-night digital imaging: The 1920x1080 sensor and 1024×768 OLED display give the Rix Optics Tourer T20 a clear aiming image in daylight and after dark, making one optic suitable for mixed-use hunting and observation.
• 3.5x to 14x magnification range: Starting at 3.5x keeps the sight practical at shorter distances, while the digital zoom up to 14x helps place shots more precisely when targets are farther out.
• Built-in recording and WiFi: Photo capture, video recording and WiFi connectivity let the scope document hunts, review shot placement and transfer footage without adding external accessories.
• Long operating time: Powered by 18650 batteries with up to 14 h of battery life, the Tourer T20 is built for extended evening sessions and longer field outings with fewer interruptions.
• Field-ready housing: The aluminium body, IP68 waterproofing, fogproof construction and shock-resistant design help the scope stay usable in rain, dust, cold mornings and rough transport.

About the Rix Optics Tourer Series

The Rix Optics Tourer series is the brand’s line of digital day-and-night rifle scopes, built for shooters who want one optic that can cover daylight use, low-light work and night hunting without moving to a dedicated thermal platform. In the RIX lineup, the Tourer models sit alongside the company’s thermal riflescopes and monoculars as a practical option for users who prefer a familiar riflescope format with digital imaging features.

Tourer scopes are designed around a high-resolution digital sensor, an OLED display and onboard recording functions, combining a conventional scope layout with tools that are specific to digital night vision. This approach suits pest control, predator hunting and general nighttime observation, where image capture, app connectivity and electronic viewing functions add real utility in the field. The series also emphasizes durability, with weather-resistant construction and battery endurance intended for long sessions outdoors. In use, the Tourer concept is about balancing traditional shooting ergonomics with the flexibility of a modern digital night vision riflescope.

About the Rix Optics Tourer T20

The Rix Optics Tourer T20 is configured as a compact digital night vision riflescope for hunters who need dependable performance across changing light conditions. Its 3.5x base magnification gives a more natural starting view than high-base-power digital optics, which helps when scanning fields, tracking moving animals or setting up on feeders and woodland edges. When more reach is needed, the scope extends to 14x magnification, giving the user extra aiming precision for smaller targets or more deliberate shot placement.

Image presentation is a major part of the T20’s appeal. The combination of a 1920x1080 sensor and a 1024×768 OLED display supports a detailed sight picture with good contrast, which matters when distinguishing animals from background cover in poor light. The built-in IR illuminator adds the active illumination needed for night use, so the scope is ready for dark conditions without relying on ambient light alone. A detection range of 274.00 m makes it suitable for short- to medium-range nighttime work where target recognition speed is important.

The T20 also brings the practical advantages expected from a digital optic. Photo capture, video recording and video output allow hunts and observations to be documented, while WiFi connectivity simplifies file transfer and device integration. Its aluminium housing, fogproof and waterproof construction, and operating range of -20°C to +50°C support year-round use. With up to 14.00 h of battery life from 18650 power, the scope is well suited to long evening sessions where reliability matters as much as image quality.

About Rix Optics

RIX Optics is based in Richardson, Texas, United States. The company focuses on the design and manufacture of thermal-imaging and night-vision optics, with a product range that includes thermal riflescopes, thermal-imaging monoculars and digital day-and-night-vision scopes. That specialization gives the brand a clear focus in the hunting and observation market rather than a broad general-optics catalog.

Within its lineup, RIX has developed several distinct product families for different uses. The LEAP series includes thermal riflescopes with continuous optical zoom and built-in laser rangefinders, while some STORM series thermal riflescope models also integrate laser rangefinders. The company also offers handheld thermal devices, including the POCKET series with 256- and 384-resolution sensor options. This concentration on thermal and digital imaging platforms makes RIX Optics particularly relevant in categories where electronic imaging, nighttime capability and field durability are central to the product.
