Leupold RM CZ 527, 30mm

• Direct CZ 527 fit: Built specifically for the CZ 527 and its 16.5 mm CZ/Brno dovetail, this ringmount gives a straightforward mounting solution without adding a separate base.
• Solid steel construction: The steel body resists flex and wear better under recoil and repeated use, helping the scope stay aligned and the zero stay consistent.
• 30 mm scope compatibility: Sized for 30 mm maintubes, it supports a wide range of modern hunting optics while keeping the mounting interface secure and properly supported.
• Medium ring height: The 1 in ring height provides practical clearance for many common riflescope setups while maintaining a balanced sight line on the rifle.
• Made in the USA: Domestic manufacturing and tight machining tolerances support dependable fit, cleaner installation, and repeatable scope positioning.

About the Leupold RM Rings Series

Leupold RM Rings are a line of rifle-specific ringmounts built as a practical alternative to factory-supplied mounting solutions. The series is defined by its solid steel construction, giving it the strength and dimensional stability expected from a mount that has to keep an optic secure under field use and recoil. Rather than using a one-size-fits-many approach, the RM family is organized around specific rifle interfaces, which helps deliver a more precise fit and a simpler installation on compatible firearms.

Within the range, Leupold offers versions for both 1-inch and 30 mm riflescope tubes, along with several height options including low, medium, high, and super high depending on the rifle pattern. Different finish options have also been offered across the series. In practical terms, the RM concept suits hunters and shooters who want a compact, durable mounting system with fewer separate parts and a direct match to their rifle’s receiver geometry. The result is a mount series focused on fit, strength, and straightforward scope installation rather than unnecessary complexity.

About the Leupold RM CZ 527, 30mm

The Leupold RM CZ 527, 30mm is a dedicated steel ringmount for shooters using a CZ 527 rifle with a 30 mm riflescope. Its main advantage is that it combines rifle-specific fit with the simplicity of a direct ringmount design, reducing the need for extra mounting components. For a compact hunting rifle such as the CZ 527, that approach helps keep the setup clean, secure, and well matched to the rifle’s proportions.

The mount is machined from solid steel, which matters in practice because a rigid mount helps preserve scope alignment when the rifle is carried hard, fired repeatedly, or exposed to rough handling in the field. Leupold lists this version as a medium-height model with a 1 in ring height, giving useful clearance for many common scope and objective combinations without pushing the optic unnecessarily high above the bore. That generally supports a more natural cheek position and steadier sight picture.

With 0 MOA inclination, this ringmount is intended for standard optic installation rather than built-in elevation bias. It is therefore well suited to general hunting and sporting rifle setups where dependable fit and secure scope retention matter more than specialized long-range cant. For users who want a straightforward, rifle-specific mounting solution for a 30 mm optic on the CZ 527 platform, this model focuses on strength, fit, and practical installation.

About Leupold

Leupold & Volpel was founded in 1907 in Portland, Oregon, by Fred Leupold and Adam Volpel. The company later became Leupold & Stevens, Inc. and is headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon. It remains family-owned and is closely associated with sport optics for hunting, shooting, and outdoor use.

Leupold’s product range covers riflescopes, red dot sights, binoculars, spotting scopes, rangefinders, and thermal optics, but the brand is especially well known for riflescope design. It introduced its first riflescope, the Plainsman, in 1947, and later introduced the Duplex reticle in 1962, a design that became widely recognized in sporting optics. That long focus on optical sights and mounting solutions is directly relevant here: a mount such as the RM CZ 527 is built with the same emphasis on durability, fit, and field reliability that defines Leupold’s broader shooting optics lineup.
