Holosun 510C Product description

About the Holosun 510C reflex red dot

Holosun 510C is a red dot sight of the Reflex series.

The letter 'C' means that the Holosun red dots feature a solar panel on top, behind the hood – the red dot sight can work without the battery inserted when there is sufficient lighting.

Holosun 510C MOA red dot comes with a quick-detachable mount for the Picatinny platform.

The 510C sight features the ShakeAwake function. When left powered on, the Holosun 510C device will go from 'active mode' to 'sleep mode' after a while to prevent unnecessary battery drain. Once moved, 510C sight will power back on immediately.

Main features:

2 MOA dot & 2 MOA circle red dot surrounded by a 65 MOA circle
Holosun 510C is compact and lightweight
a solar cell on top of the Holosun "510C" sight
Holosun is perfect for an AR platform
Holosun ShakeAwake funkcion
12 illumination intensity levels, 2 of them are NVD compatible
Holosun 510C is Parallax free
50.000 hours battery life on Holosun circle dot
the battery compartment on the right side of the Holosun 510C in the form of a battery tray
it weighs 215 g (red dot and mount)

About the Holosun Reflex series

Holosun Reflex is one of the red dot sight series made by Holosun. These compact sights are not closed on both sides like the Holosun Tube, Holosun Infiniti and Holosun Paralow series, which is why they are very compact and lightweight (there are some exceptions to this in the Holosun Reflex series – Holosun 512T red dot is closed from both sides and thus bigger while Holosun 510C is a reflex-type red dot sight of a bigger design). Because of their size, Holosun 407C, Holosun 507C and Holosun 508T sights are great for mounting on a pistol.

The illumination on Holosun 510C is powered by a CR2032 battery. The click value for the elevation and windage adjustments is 0.5 MOA.These durable Holosun red dot sights feature a single-piece housing made out of aluminum. Altogether, there are 12 illumination intensity levels to choose from, 2 of which are NVD compatible. The battery life on Holosun dot - sight is 50.000 hours.

About the Holosun "510C" family

The Holosun 510C reflex optical sight is one of the model families in the Holosun Reflex series. The first number '5' in its name suggests that the user can switch between a 2 MOA dot and a 2 MOA dot surrounded by a 65 MOA circle. Because of its size, this Holosun open reflex sight is perfect for an AR platform.

I need a mount for a Glock 17 Series 3, does the HS510C come with a mount to fully install the optics?

Potrebna mi je montaža za glock 17 serije 3, da li se uz hs510c isporučuje i montaža do potpune gotovosti ugrađene optike?

by Vojislav

Dear!

The HS501C also has a quick-release mount for a Picatinny rail, but due to its size it is only suitable for use on rifles, not pistols.

For use on a pistol, we recommend one of the following red dots: https://www.optics-trade.eu/en/dot-sights/micro-red-dot-sights.html

Pozdrav Damir

by Damir Kis

Hello,

unfortunately, we do not have this type of adapter in our offer.

Currently only spacer and quick-release Picatinny mount are available for HS510C.

https://www.optics-trade.eu/en/mounts/shopby/mounting_standard-holosun_510c.html

If there are any future mounts for the Holosun 510C, they will be visible on the link above.

Greetings.

Pozdravljeni,

žal v svoji ponudbi nimamo tovrstnega adapterja.

Trenutno sta za HS510C na voljo zgolj distančnik in hitro-snemljiva montaža za Picatinny.

https://www.optics-trade.eu/en/mounts/shopby/mounting_standard-holosun_510c.html

Če bo v prihodnosti na voljo še kakšna montaža za Holosun 510C, bo vidna na zgornji povezavi.

Lep pozdrav.

Review: Holosun 510C

When it comes to red dot sights, the Holosun 510C stands out as an exceptional choice for both seasoned shooters and newcomers. Having used this sight extensively in various conditions, I can confidently say it offers an impressive blend of durability, versatility, and advanced features.
The first thing that caught my attention with the Holosun 510C is its crystal-clear optics. The sight provides a wide field of view, which is crucial for quick target acquisition; in practical use, I found the reticle options incredibly helpful. The 65 MOA circle with the 2 MOA dot is perfect for rapid target acquisition in dynamic shooting scenarios, while the dot alone is great for more precise aiming even if I'm not suited to MOAs. Switching between the reticle options is intuitive and can be done quickly, which is a real advantage in the field.
The construction is robust;
Talking about battery, during a recent extended shooting session, I appreciated the dual power capability. Knowing that the sight can switch seamlessly to solar power gave me peace of mind, especially during long periods in the field where carrying spare batteries might not be practical.
The sight also features shake-awake technology, which powers the reticle on when it detects motion and turns it off during periods of inactivity to conserve battery life.
Given its high-quality build, advanced features, and reliable performance, the Holosun 510C offers excellent value for its price. It’s positioned as a mid-range optic, but its features and durability often rival those of higher-priced competitors.
In conclusion, the Holosun 510C is a top-tier red dot sight that excels in various shooting applications. Its clear optics, versatile reticle options, durable construction, and innovative power solutions make it a standout in its category and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a high-quality red dot sight.
