AD SureFire M600B Scout light mount

• QD Auto Lock lever: The patented quick-detach system lets the mount go on and off a Picatinny rail quickly while still maintaining a secure clamp, which is useful when a rifle setup changes between white-light, training, and transport configurations.
• Fits in-spec and out-of-spec rails: The adjustable lever system is designed to accommodate rail variations, helping the mount seat consistently across different rifles and chassis without needing proprietary tools.
• 6061-T6 aluminum construction: A lightweight aluminum body keeps added front-end weight low, so the rifle remains easier to handle during extended use with a weapon light installed.
• SureFire Scout pattern compatibility: Built around the SureFire M600B Scout footprint, this mount provides a dedicated interface for a proven weapon-light format used on practical, duty, and sporting rifle setups.
• Made in the USA: Domestic manufacturing and precision machining support consistent fit and finish, which matters on a mount that must clamp securely and hold its position under repeated handling.

About the AD Accessories Series

American Defense AD Accessories covers the supporting hardware that completes a rifle setup, including light mounts, bipod mounts, rail components, and other firearm accessories. Within the company’s lineup, this series sits alongside its optic and magnifier mounts, applying the same practical design approach to accessories that need fast attachment, repeatable positioning, and straightforward field handling. The series is aimed at a broad mix of law enforcement, military, competition, hunting, and recreational users, so the emphasis is on compatibility and ease of use rather than unnecessary complexity.

A defining feature across the range is the patented Auto Lock lever system, which can be adjusted without proprietary tools and configured to lock toward the front or rear of the mount. That gives the user more freedom to tailor lever placement around other accessories, controls, or handguard geometry. American Defense also states that its mount products use 6061-T6 aluminum and Type III hard-coat anodizing, combining low weight with the surface hardness needed for repeated mounting and removal. In practice, the AD Accessories series is built for shooters who want durable mounting hardware that integrates cleanly into working rifle platforms.

About the AD SureFire M600B Scout light mount

The AD SureFire M600B Scout light mount is a dedicated quick-detach solution for attaching a SureFire Scout-pattern weapon light to a Picatinny rail. Its role is simple but important: it gives the light a stable mounting point that can be removed or repositioned quickly without turning the installation into a permanent setup. That makes it well suited to rifles that serve more than one purpose, from range use and training to hunting or defensive configurations where accessory layout may change over time.

The mount is made from aluminum, which keeps weight down while still providing the rigidity expected from a rail-mounted accessory interface. American Defense’s QD Auto Lock lever system is the key functional feature here. Because it is adjustable and designed to fit both in-spec and out-of-spec rail systems, it helps the mount clamp securely across a wide range of firearms and chassis. The ability to adjust the lever without proprietary tools is especially useful for shooters who maintain several rifles or frequently move accessories between platforms.

As a mounting accessory, this model is less about adding features and more about preserving access, reliability, and handling. A secure Scout light mount keeps the light where it belongs under recoil and repeated manipulation, while quick-detach capability makes maintenance, transport, or reconfiguration easier. For users building a practical rifle around the SureFire M600B Scout format, this American Defense mount provides a compact and purpose-built interface.
