Yukon Jaeger Battery Compartment Cover

• Direct Jaeger fit: Made for the Yukon Jaeger battery compartment, this cover restores the original closure and helps keep the riflescope ready for normal battery-powered use.
• Aluminium construction: The aluminium body gives this small replacement part the rigidity needed for repeated opening and closing without adding noticeable weight.
• Low added weight: At just 10.00 g, it replaces a missing or damaged cap without affecting the balance of the optic or the handling of the rifle.
• Protective closure: A proper battery compartment cover helps shield the battery area from dirt, moisture and accidental contact, supporting reliable field use.
• Factory-matched finish: The black finish keeps the accessory visually consistent with Jaeger riflescopes and avoids a mismatched repair.

About the Yukon Accessories Series

Yukon Accessories brings together the supporting parts and add-ons that keep Yukon optics working as intended in the field. The series spans practical categories such as Batteries & Chargers, Rifle Mounts, and Tripods & Mounts, covering everything from power solutions for digital devices to mounting hardware and observation supports. Within the broader range, Yukon includes items such as battery chargers and battery packs for compatible digital riflescopes, as well as mounting options for different shooting and viewing positions.

What defines the series is its focus on model-specific compatibility and straightforward field use. Rather than generic add-ons, these accessories are intended to match the dimensions, attachment points or power requirements of Yukon devices. That matters in practice because a correctly matched accessory preserves the handling, fit and reliability of the original optic. In the case of small replacement parts such as covers and caps, the benefit is simple but important: the optic remains complete, protected and ready for regular use without improvised fixes.

About the Yukon Jaeger Battery Compartment Cover

The Yukon Jaeger Battery Compartment Cover is a dedicated replacement accessory for Yukon Jaeger riflescopes. Its role is straightforward, but important: it closes the battery compartment securely so the illumination system can be used as intended and the battery area remains protected during transport and field use. For a scope that may be carried through brush, rain or dust, replacing a missing or damaged cover is more than a cosmetic fix; it helps return the optic to proper working condition.

Built from aluminium and weighing only 10.00 g, the cover is light enough to keep the scope’s handling unchanged while still offering the durability expected from a part that may be removed for battery changes over time. The black finish keeps the appearance consistent with the Jaeger line, which matters for users who want a clean factory-style fit rather than a temporary workaround.

As a riflescope accessory, this part is best suited to owners maintaining an existing Jaeger optic, whether replacing a lost cap or keeping a spare on hand. A correct battery compartment cover helps preserve the scope’s everyday practicality by keeping the power compartment closed properly and reducing unnecessary exposure of the battery area to dirt and moisture.

About Yukon

Yukon Group traces its origins to 1991, when a group of enthusiasts began assembling handmade wooden observation tubes. A 1998 merger with Beltex Optic expanded the company into binoculars and spotting scopes under the Yukon Advanced Optics name, and in 1999 Yukon moved into night vision devices. The company began manufacturing night vision riflescopes in 2001, building a strong connection with hunting and observation optics.

Today, Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide is headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. The company develops thermal imaging, digital night vision and daytime optical products, with a portfolio that spans traditional optics and electronic viewing devices. That background is relevant here because even a small accessory such as a Jaeger battery compartment cover comes from a manufacturer with long experience in designing field optics and the supporting parts that keep them in service.
