Tipton Felt Cleaning Pellets 6 mm / .243 Caliber, 100 Pcs

• Heavy felt construction: The dense felt body gives each pellet enough firmness to contact the bore evenly, helping lift fouling and residue more effectively than loose patches.
• Caliber-correct 6 mm / .243 fit: Sized for 6.00 mm / .243 caliber bores, these pellets engage the lands and grooves consistently, which helps clean the full circumference of the barrel.
• Quick field maintenance: The compact pellet format makes it easy to carry a practical bore-cleaning solution for hunting rifles and range guns without packing bulky patch material.
• 100-piece pack: A 100-count quantity suits regular maintenance schedules, giving enough pellets for repeated cleaning sessions on the same rifle or across several firearms in the same caliber.
• Works with pistols and rifles: Built for use on both pistols and rifles in the matching caliber, these felt pellets offer a simple cleaning option across different firearm platforms.

About the Felt Cleaning Pellets Series

Tipton Felt Cleaning Pellets are part of the brand’s firearm-maintenance range, aimed at shooters who want a faster and more uniform alternative to traditional cleaning patches. The series covers a broad span of calibers, making it suitable for everything from small-bore rifles to larger centerfire platforms, and it is designed around one practical idea: a pellet should fit the bore closely enough to clean the rifling with less fuss than folding, centering, and pushing cloth patches.

Across the series, the pellets are made from compressed heavy felt, which gives them the firmness needed to travel through the barrel while maintaining contact with the lands and grooves. That close fit matters in practice because it helps remove dirt, powder residue, and lead fouling more evenly from the bore surface. Tipton positions the line as a straightforward cleaning solution for routine maintenance, range use, and field kits, where speed and consistency are often more important than carrying a full patch-and-jag setup. The series also includes a caliber-correct jag with each pack, so the pellets are ready to integrate into a standard rod-based cleaning routine.

About the Tipton Felt Cleaning Pellets 6 mm / .243 Caliber, 100 Pcs

The Tipton Felt Cleaning Pellets 6 mm / .243 Caliber are tailored for shooters using .243-class and 6 mm firearms who want a simple way to keep a bore clean between deeper maintenance sessions. Their main advantage is the caliber-specific fit: instead of relying on a flat patch that can bunch, shift, or leave parts of the rifling less engaged, each pellet is shaped to pass through the bore with more even contact. In practical use, that helps the pellet scrub residue from the full internal profile of the barrel.

The heavy felt material is absorbent and firm enough to carry solvent through the bore or to push out loosened fouling after brushing. That makes these pellets useful both as a primary quick-cleaning method and as a finishing step in a more complete bore-care routine. For hunting rifles and sporting firearms in 6.00 mm / .243 caliber, this format is especially convenient when time is limited and a compact cleaning supply is preferred.

This pack includes 100 pellets, which is a practical quantity for regular upkeep, and it is intended for use with both pistols and rifles in the matching caliber. Tipton also includes a caliber-correct jag, so the set is ready for straightforward use with a cleaning rod. The result is a compact, bore-specific cleaning accessory that emphasizes consistency, portability, and ease of handling.

About Tipton

Tipton is a firearm cleaning and maintenance brand owned by American Outdoor Brands. The brand focuses on practical workshop and bench equipment for shooters, with a product range that includes firearm cleaning tools, gun vises, jags, bore brushes, and general maintenance supplies. That specialization gives Tipton a clear place in the shooting accessories market: it is centered on the routine care that supports reliable firearm function and consistent accuracy.

Within its cleaning lineup, Tipton is known for purpose-built bore-care accessories such as Ultra Jags, which use a solvent-resistant coating to help avoid false copper-fouling indications with aggressive bore solvents, and Nope Ropes, its pull-through bore cleaners offered across multiple calibers. The brand also offers swabs and pellet-based cleaning tools, reflecting a design approach built around simple handling and caliber-specific fit rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.
