Streamlight Wedge XT USB Torch

• Ultra-compact carry format: The slim 108.00 mm body sits flat in a pocket and is easy to clip, making it practical for daily carry where a larger handheld light would be cumbersome.
• 500 lumen output with adjustable intensity: The LED emitter gives the Wedge XT enough output for close work, inspections, and short-range outdoor use, while lower output helps extend runtime when full power is unnecessary.
• Rechargeable internal Li-ion power: The built-in battery removes the need for disposable cells and keeps the light ready for regular use as a compact work or utility torch.
• Aluminium housing: The metal body adds durability without excessive weight, helping the light withstand frequent pocket carry while staying at just 72.00 g.
• Waterproof construction: The sealed design adds confidence in rain, wet jobsite conditions, and general outdoor use where a non-sealed everyday carry light would be more vulnerable.

About the Streamlight Survivor Series

The Streamlight Survivor series is built around right-angle LED flashlights intended for firefighter and safety use, giving the range a very different role from Streamlight’s everyday carry and weapon-light families. Streamlight currently lists eight products in the series, with the family spanning Survivor, Survivor X, and Survivor Pivot designs. Across the range, the emphasis is on practical carry options and hands-free positioning, including features such as a low-profile bezel, a spring-loaded gear clip, and a D-ring for forward-hanging use on selected models.

The series also covers different power and certification needs. Streamlight lists ATEX-rated models within the Survivor family for hazardous environments, while other versions are offered with rechargeable or alkaline power options. USB-rechargeable variants such as the Survivor X USB and Survivor Pivot USB extend the concept to users who want easier charging logistics. In Streamlight’s broader lineup, the Survivor family stands as a purpose-built series for emergency response, industrial safety, and professional users who need durable lighting designed around dependable handling rather than compact pocket carry.

About the Streamlight Wedge XT USB Torch

The Streamlight Wedge XT USB Torch is a compact handheld flashlight built for users who want a light that is easy to carry every day without giving up useful output. Its slim profile, 108.00 mm length, and low 72.00 g weight make it well suited to trouser-pocket, jacket-pocket, or bag carry, so it is practical for routine utility work, inspections, travel, and general outdoor use. The 500.00 Lumen LED output gives it enough reach and brightness for short-range searching and task lighting, while the adjustable intensity helps balance output and runtime depending on the job.

The internal Li-ion battery keeps the light simple to manage for frequent use, with no need to stock spare disposable cells. A stated 2.00 h battery life at its main output level makes it suitable for short tasks and repeated daily use rather than prolonged continuous operation. The push-button interface keeps operation straightforward, which matters when the light is used one-handed or under time pressure.

Its aluminium housing gives the Wedge XT a more durable feel than many lightweight polymer pocket lights, while still keeping the torch compact and easy to carry. The waterproof construction adds another layer of practicality for users who rely on a flashlight in changing weather or damp working conditions. Overall, this model focuses on portability, simple operation, and rechargeable convenience in a format that fits naturally into everyday carry.
