Rusan Pivot mount for Browning European, Pard NV008, one-piece

• One-piece pivot design: Keeps the mount and sight interface in a single assembly, which helps maintain consistent alignment and simplifies removal and reattachment in the field.
• Built for Pard NV008: The upper interface is matched to the Pard NV008 mounting standard, giving a secure fit for this night-vision optic without improvised adapters.
• Browning European compatibility: Made specifically for the FN Browning European platform, so the mount geometry suits the rifle and supports a clean, stable installation.
• Quick-release pivot system: The pivot layout allows fast attachment and removal, which is useful for hunters who alternate between day optics and digital night-vision setups.
• Steel construction: A steel body gives the mount the rigidity and wear resistance needed for repeated use, helping the locking surfaces stay dependable over time.

About the Rusan Pivot Mounts for NV and Thermal Series

Rusan Pivot Mounts for NV and Thermal are built for shooters who want to fit digital night-vision and thermal devices to specific rifle platforms without giving up the familiarity of a classic pivot system. The series covers complete mounts with bases as well as upper parts without bases, letting the user match the mounting solution to an existing rifle setup. Across the range, Rusan offers versions for different rifle interfaces, including 11 mm, 16.5 mm and 19 mm prisms, alongside model-specific fits for many sporting rifles.

A defining trait of the series is its device-specific approach. Rather than treating all optics the same, Rusan makes variants for platforms from Pard, Pulsar, HIKMICRO, InfiRay, ATN and Yukon, so the upper mounting geometry matches the optic in question. That matters in practice because digital and thermal sights often have their own mounting standards and balance characteristics. The result is a family of mounts aimed at hunters and night-shooting users who need a practical way to combine a traditional detachable mount concept with modern electro-optics.

About the Rusan Pivot mount for Browning European, Pard NV008, one-piece

The Rusan Pivot mount for Browning European, Pard NV008, one-piece is a dedicated mounting solution for fitting a Pard NV008 to a FN Browning European rifle. Its main advantage is that it avoids a generic, compromise-based setup. Because the mount is matched both to the rifle platform and to the NV008 interface, it provides a cleaner installation and a more secure connection than a mix of adapters and universal parts.

The one-piece layout keeps the upper assembly integrated, which helps with consistency when the sight is removed and reinstalled. For a digital night-vision optic, that matters in real use: the shooter may want to detach the unit for transport, switch between daytime and nighttime configurations, or remove the optic after a hunt without turning the mounting process into a full re-zero exercise. The pivot quick-release system supports that style of use by combining fast handling with the familiar operation of a detachable hunting mount.

Rusan builds this model from steel, a sensible choice for a mount that must hold alignment under repeated attachment cycles. The black finish keeps the appearance discreet and appropriate for a hunting rifle. Overall, this mount is best suited to users who want a rifle-specific, optic-specific interface for the NV008 while preserving the convenience of a detachable pivot arrangement.

About Rusan

Rusan-Mikron is a Croatian manufacturer based in Marija Bistrica, Croatia, with roots in the Rusan family’s metalworking business dating back to 1983. Željko Rusan opened a gunsmith shop in 1986, and the company began producing scope mounts in 1993. That background explains why Rusan remains closely associated with practical firearm mounting solutions rather than broad lifestyle branding.

The company focuses on scope mounts, scope rings, Picatinny rails and firearm tuning products, and it is also well known for adapters used with night-vision and thermal-imaging devices. Rusan introduced its clip-on sight adapter clamp in 2009, reinforcing its reputation in the field of mounting interfaces for modern electro-optics. For products such as pivot mounts, that specialization matters: Rusan’s designs are shaped by long experience in machining precise metal components for hunting and shooting applications.
