Meprolight Tru-Dot Ad-Com for Glock G26, G27

• Self-illuminated tritium system: the three-dot sight picture stays visible in low light and at night without batteries, so the pistol remains ready for defensive, duty, or carry use at any hour.
• Adjustable rear sight: windage and elevation adjustment let the sight be tuned to the pistol and ammunition, helping shooters achieve a more precise point of impact than with a non-adjustable set.
• Steel construction: the all-steel body gives the sight set the durability needed for daily carry, repeated holstering, and regular training use on compact Glock pistols.
• Consistent 3-dot alignment: the square rear notch and green tritium dots provide a familiar sight picture that is easy to read quickly in daylight as well as in reduced light.
• Direct replacement format: designed for Glock 26 and Glock 27 pistols, this Tru-Dot set upgrades the factory sighting system without changing the handling of the handgun.

About the Meprolight Tru-Dot Series

Meprolight Tru-Dot is the company’s established family of self-illuminated handgun sights, built for shooters who want a simple sight picture that works in daylight, dim indoor light, and full darkness. The series includes fixed, adjustable, and suppressor-height sights, which makes it suitable for concealed carry pistols, service handguns, and specialized setups that need extra sight height or a more tunable rear unit.

A defining feature of the series is its three-dot tritium sight picture, designed to remain visually consistent across changing light conditions. That matters on defensive and duty handguns, where the shooter may move from bright outdoor light into shadow or low-light interiors and still need a clear aiming reference. Selected models are also offered with different tritium dot color combinations, while adjustable variants add windage and elevation correction for shooters who want to fine-tune zero. Across the range, the Tru-Dot concept stays focused on practical use: battery-free illumination, straightforward alignment, and a replacement format made for compatible factory slides.

About the Meprolight Tru-Dot Ad-Com for Glock G26, G27

The Meprolight Tru-Dot Ad-Com for Glock G26, G27 is an adjustable tritium night sight set made for Glock’s compact 9 mm and .40 S&W platforms. Its role is different from a basic fixed carry sight: this model gives the shooter the same always-on low-light visibility associated with the Tru-Dot line, but adds the ability to regulate point of impact through the rear sight. That makes it a practical choice for users who want to match the pistol to a preferred defensive or training load, or who simply want a more exact zero than a fixed setup allows.

The sight picture uses three green tritium dots with a square rear sight, creating a familiar alignment pattern that is fast to acquire at close range while still remaining easy to center for deliberate shots. Because the tritium is self-illuminated, the sights do not depend on switches or batteries; the aiming reference is present whenever the pistol is drawn. The steel construction supports hard use, repeated holster wear, and the general abuse that compact defensive pistols often see.

On Glock 26 and Glock 27 pistols, this configuration suits shooters who want a compact handgun sight upgrade that improves low-light usability without adding bulk or changing the manual simplicity of iron sights. Adjustable alignment, battery-free illumination, and a durable steel build make this model especially relevant for concealed carry, range training, and service-style use.

About Meprolight

Meprolight was founded in 1990 as a supplier of sights and battle optics to the Israel Defense Forces, and it remains based in Or Akiva, Israel. The company is a division of SK Group and develops and manufactures optical and electro-optical sighting systems for military, law-enforcement, and civilian markets.

Its product range covers conventional sights, tritium night sights, reflex optics, thermal sights, magnified optics, magnifiers, and night-vision systems for pistols, rifles, shotguns, and carbines. That background is especially relevant to the Tru-Dot line, because Meprolight has long focused on sighting systems that prioritize fast acquisition, low-light capability, and practical durability for defensive and service firearms.
