ARC Ballistics .345-.365 Double Step ELR Mandrel

1. Extreme Precision Design: This mandrel features an innovative double-step design, allowing for unparalleled control over case neck sizing. Unlike conventional mandrels, it facilitates precise internal neck dimensioning, which is utterly critical for achieving uniform neck tension and minimal bullet runout, especially when loading ammunition for Extreme Long Range (ELR) shooting where every detail impacts accuracy. This ensures that each bullet is seated with consistent force, leading to more predictable ballistic performance downrange.

2. Superior Material Construction: Constructed from high-quality, hardened steel, the ARC Ballistics Double Step ELR Mandrel offers exceptional durability and longevity. This robust material choice ensures resistance to wear and deformation, maintaining its critical dimensions over countless reloading cycles. Its precise machining guarantees that the mandrel will consistently perform, providing reliable and repeatable results essential for match-grade ammunition preparation, trusted by competitive shooters and demanding hunters alike.

3. Optimized for Neck Consistency: The primary function of this mandrel is to prepare case necks to achieve optimal concentricity and consistent neck tension. This is paramount for bullet release uniformity and overall shot-to-shot consistency. By precisely preparing the internal neck diameter, it helps eliminate variables that can cause flyers or reduced accuracy, allowing handloaders to produce ammunition that performs at its peak potential in the most demanding long-range scenarios.

4. Handloading for ELR Performance: The ARC Ballistics .345-.365 Double Step ELR Mandrel is specifically engineered to meet the stringent demands of Extreme Long Range shooting. It is an indispensable tool for handloaders who seek to push the boundaries of accuracy and consistency. Whether you are a competitive ELR shooter or a precision hunter, this mandrel provides the exact control needed to build ammunition that performs reliably at distances where even the slightest deviation matters, directly contributing to tighter groups and successful engagements.
