ZeroTech Vengeance 4.5-18x40

• 4.5-18x magnification range: covers the gap between short-to-medium hunting distances and deliberate shots at longer range, so one riflescope can handle field use, target work, and rimfire precision setups.
• Lockable Pop-Lok tactical turrets: the turrets give precise 0.25 MOA clicks and can be locked down after zeroing, helping prevent accidental movement while carrying the rifle or working from improvised positions.
• PHR second focal plane reticle: the reticle keeps a consistent visual size through the zoom range, making the sight picture easy to read at low power while still offering MOA hold references at the calibrated top magnification.
• Side parallax adjustment from 15 m to infinity: close-focus capability makes this model useful for rimfire and range shooting, while the extended adjustment range helps keep the target and reticle on the same focal plane at longer distances.
• Fully multi-coated optics in a 1 inch tube: the optical system is built to preserve brightness and contrast, while the compact 25.4 mm maintube keeps weight and mounting bulk under control.

About the ZeroTech Vengeance Series

ZeroTech Vengeance is the brand’s value-oriented riflescope series, built to give hunters, target shooters, and competitive shooters practical features that are often associated with more expensive optics. The range includes both traditional variable-power scopes and low-power variable optics, so the series covers everything from general hunting rifles to carbines and entry-level precision setups. Within the lineup, ZeroTech offers both second focal plane and first focal plane configurations, along with reticle families such as ZEROPLEX, PHR, R3, RMG, and RAR.

The design philosophy behind the Vengeance family is straightforward: keep the controls simple, the mechanics dependable, and the feature set relevant to real field use. That means practical magnification ranges, proprietary reticles intended for fast aiming or holdover use, and turret systems designed for repeatable adjustment rather than unnecessary complexity. In use, the series sits comfortably between basic hunting optics and more specialized long-range models, making it a sensible fit for shooters who want one scope to cover hunting, range practice, and club-level competition. Versatility, clear reticle choices, and solid mechanical layout are what define the Vengeance line.

About the ZeroTech Vengeance 4.5-18x40

The ZeroTech Vengeance 4.5-18x40 is a compact variable-power riflescope aimed at shooters who need more reach than a classic hunting optic but do not want the bulk of a large-objective long-range scope. Its 4.5-18x magnification range gives it a broad working envelope: low enough for general field shooting and high enough for careful shot placement on small targets, load development, and rimfire or centrefire practice at distance. The 40 mm objective lens helps keep the scope trim and easy to mount, while the 300.00 mm overall length and 660.00 g weight make it manageable on lighter rifles.

This model uses a PHR reticle in the second focal plane. That layout keeps the reticle visually consistent as magnification changes, which many shooters prefer for a familiar sight picture at lower powers. At the calibrated top end, the MOA-based hold references become useful for extending range without immediately dialing corrections. The floating centre cross supports a finer aiming point, which is especially helpful on small targets and when zeroing carefully from the bench.

The turret system is set up for practical adjustment rather than constant exposure. Lockable tactical turrets with 0.25 MOA clicks provide repeatable elevation and windage changes, and the push-pull locking format helps protect settings during transport or field movement. Side parallax adjustment from 15 m to infinity adds flexibility for close-range rimfire use as well as longer shots. A fast-focus eyepiece speeds up reticle sharpening to the shooter’s eye, while the fully multi-coated optical system is designed to maintain a bright, usable image across the zoom range.

About ZeroTech

ZeroTech Optics was founded in Australia in 2018 by Tasco Sales (AUST) Pty Ltd. The company develops sport optics for hunters, shooters, and outdoor users, with a catalogue that includes riflescopes, spotting scopes, binoculars, and reflex sights. ZeroTech states that its Australian team handles the design, engineering, and quality assurance of its riflescopes, reflecting a product approach focused on practical field use rather than oversized feature lists.

Within the riflescope category, ZeroTech’s main families include Vengeance, Thrive, and Trace. The brand uses its own reticle designs and precision turret systems across these lines, giving each series a distinct role from general hunting optics to more specialized shooting applications. ZeroTech expanded internationally after establishing a United States base in 2020, and its product range continues to centre on accessible, purpose-built optics for sporting use.
