Trijicon 34mm Quick Release Flattop Mount

• Quick-Release Design: The mount removes and reattaches quickly on a Picatinny rail, making it practical for shooters who swap optics between rifles or need fast field servicing without changing their setup.
• 34 mm Scope Compatibility: Built for 34 mm riflescope tubes, it supports larger modern optics commonly used for precision shooting, where a rigid and correctly sized interface helps preserve alignment.
• Aluminium Construction: The aluminium body keeps weight under control while providing the stiffness needed for a secure optic-to-rifle connection during regular range use and field handling.
• Flattop Platform Fit: Designed as a flattop mount, it suits rifles and chassis systems with rail space for proper optic placement, helping achieve a practical eye position with many tactical and hunting optics.
• Repeatable Mounting Concept: As part of Trijicon’s quick-release mount range, it is intended for repeatable installation, which matters when maintaining a familiar zero after removing the scope for transport, maintenance, or reconfiguration.

About the Trijicon Mounts Series

Trijicon Mounts sit alongside the company’s optics as a dedicated accessory range for shooters who need a secure interface between sight and firearm. The series covers a broad spread of applications, from mounts for rifle optics to solutions for red-dot sights and different scope tube sizes. Within the lineup, Trijicon offers models for Picatinny and Weaver-style attachment as well as mounts tailored to specific firearm platforms, so the series is built around practical fit rather than a one-pattern approach.

A defining characteristic of the range is its emphasis on matching mount height and configuration to the optic’s role. Depending on the model, the catalog includes low, full co-witness, and lower one-third co-witness formats, along with quick-release variants for users who need faster removal and reinstallation. Selected models use Trijicon Q-LOC technology, reflecting the brand’s focus on repeatable attachment and serviceable field use. In practice, the series is aimed at shooters who want the same straightforward durability from the mounting system that they expect from Trijicon optics themselves.

About the Trijicon 34mm Quick Release Flattop Mount

The Trijicon 34mm Quick Release Flattop Mount is a purpose-built scope mount for shooters using a 34 mm tube optic on a rifle with a Picatinny rail. Its role is simple but important: it provides a stable connection between rifle and scope while allowing the optic to be removed more quickly than with a conventional fixed mount. That makes it especially relevant for users who transport rifles with optics removed, share one scope across compatible rifles, or want easier access to the rifle during maintenance.

The flattop layout suits modern sporting rifles and chassis-based platforms where rail space allows the optic to be positioned for a practical eye relief setup. Because this model is built around the larger 34 mm tube standard, it pairs naturally with many contemporary tactical optics and long-range riflescopes that use bigger main tubes for robust construction and expanded internal adjustment designs. The black aluminium construction keeps the mount durable without adding unnecessary bulk, which helps preserve the handling balance of the rifle.

As a detachable and repeatable mount, this model is best understood as a support component for shooters who value flexibility as much as stability. It is not just a way to hold a scope in place; it is a practical mounting solution for maintaining a familiar optic setup while gaining the convenience of fast removal and reinstallation on compatible rifles.

About Trijicon

Trijicon was founded in 1981 by Glyn Bindon and is based in Wixom, Michigan, United States. The company develops aiming systems for military, law enforcement, hunting, and shooting use, with product lines that include riflescopes, red dot sights, electro-optics, and iron sights. In 1985, it adopted the name Trijicon, combining the words tritium and icon, reflecting the illumination technology that became closely associated with the brand.

Trijicon is particularly well known in the riflescope and combat-optic segment. The company introduced the ACOG riflescope in 1987, and later expanded its compact sight offerings with the RMR in 2009. Its illumination systems include tritium, fiber optics, and LED designs, giving the brand a broad technical base across both duty and sporting optics. That background is directly relevant to its mounts and accessories, which are designed to support the same practical, field-oriented use as the optics themselves.
