Swampfox Rebel Riser Mount

• Dual co-witness heights: The Rebel Riser can be configured for 1.4-inch absolute or 1.6-inch lower-third co-witness, letting the shooter choose between a tighter iron-sight alignment or a less cluttered optic window.
• Direct RMR-pattern interface: Built for the Trijicon RMR mounting standard, this mount accepts compatible micro red dots without adapter plates, keeping the setup simpler, lower, and more secure.
• 1913 Picatinny fit: The mount is made to match 1913 MIL-STD Picatinny rails, which helps it seat with a stable, repeatable fit on rifles, shotguns, and pistol-caliber carbines.
• Lightweight aluminum construction: Its aluminium body keeps weight down while still providing the rigidity needed for a red-dot mount that must hold alignment under regular field use.
• Compact riser format: By raising a pistol-style reflex sight to long-gun height, the Rebel Riser turns an RMR-footprint dot into a more practical sighting solution for fast target acquisition on rail-equipped firearms.

About the Swampfox Picatinny Mount Series

The Swampfox Picatinny Mount series is Swampfox’s family of dedicated mounts for adapting compact red-dot sights to 1913 Picatinny rails. In the current lineup, the series includes the Picatinny Mount, the Rebel Riser, and the Rebel Offset, each aimed at a different mounting height or shooting style. The common idea behind the series is straightforward: take an RMR-footprint micro red dot and make it practical on rifles, shotguns, and pistol-caliber carbines without unnecessary bulk.

Within the family, the low-profile Picatinny Mount suits direct rail attachment, while the Rebel Offset is intended for shooters who want a secondary sight at 45 degrees. The Rebel Riser fills the middle ground by lifting a compact dot to long-gun height, with 1.4-inch absolute and 1.6-inch lower-third co-witness options. That gives the series a clear role in tactical optics and general-purpose carbine setups: simple, footprint-specific mounts that prioritize compatibility, sensible sight height, and a clean interface between optic and firearm.

About the Swampfox Rebel Riser Mount

The Swampfox Rebel Riser Mount is built for shooters who want to use a compact RMR-pattern red dot on a firearm with a Picatinny rail while keeping a more natural long-gun sight height. Instead of leaving a pistol-style optic too low on the rail, this riser brings it up to a position that works better on carbines, rifles, and similar platforms. In practice, that means a faster sight picture, a more upright head position, and easier transitions between close targets.

Its most useful feature is the choice between 24.00 mm base height configurations that correspond to 1.4-inch absolute co-witness or 1.6-inch lower-third co-witness. Absolute co-witness is useful for shooters who want their iron sights and dot aligned on the same visual plane, while lower-third co-witness keeps the irons lower in the window so the red dot remains more visually dominant. That flexibility makes the mount easier to match to different rifles, backup sight setups, and personal preferences.

The mount uses the Trijicon RMR mounting standard on top and is intended for direct use with compatible optics, including Swampfox’s Liberty, Justice, and Kingslayer pattern sights. Its matte black aluminium construction keeps the setup light and compact, which matters on fast-handling firearms where unnecessary weight can upset balance. As a fixed red-dot sight mount, the Rebel Riser is a practical solution for turning a small reflex sight into a more effective rifle-ready optic.

About Swampfox

Swampfox Optics was founded in 2018 and is based in Englewood, Colorado, United States. The company focuses on modern aiming optics, with a catalog that includes dot sights, low-power variable optics, prism scopes, and precision riflescopes. Its early flagship lines included the Kingslayer, Liberator, and Tomahawk families, which helped establish the brand in the sporting and tactical optics market.

Swampfox is known for building optics around practical shooting applications rather than overly specialized designs. Across its red-dot sights and riflescopes, the company has used features such as Shake N’ Wake automatic on/off technology on selected models, while its broader lineup covers everything from compact reflex sights to magnified optics for carbines and precision rifles. That product mix makes Swampfox particularly relevant for shooters assembling complete sighting systems, including optics, mounts, and accessory interfaces built around common firearm standards.
