Pard TL3 IR Illuminator

1. Advanced Wavelength Control: The Pard TL3 stands out with its ability to switch between 850nm and 940nm wavelengths. This crucial feature ensures optimal compatibility with both digital night vision devices (which excel with 940nm for ultimate stealth and can detect up to 950nm) and analog night vision (compatible with 850nm, which provides a brighter image but may be faintly visible to animals at close range). This versatility makes it ideal for a wide range of applications from hunting to security.

2. Superior Laser Emitter: Utilizing a cutting-edge laser emitter rather than traditional LEDs, the TL3 delivers a more concentrated, uniform, and powerful infrared beam. This translates to significantly extended detection and recognition ranges, providing clearer images even in absolute darkness. Laser technology also offers better efficiency and less energy consumption compared to conventional IR light sources.

3. Rugged & Reliable Construction: Crafted from high-grade aviation aluminum alloy, the Pard TL3 is built to withstand the rigors of outdoor use. Its robust design is not only lightweight but also highly resistant to impact and corrosion. Coupled with an IPX7 waterproof rating, this illuminator is engineered for consistent performance in challenging environments, ensuring peace of mind during critical operations.

4. Precision Beam Adjustment: The TL3 features a highly intuitive adjustable focus mechanism, allowing users to seamlessly transition the IR beam from a wide floodlight, perfect for scanning broad areas, to a narrow, intense spotlight for precise illumination of distant targets. This adaptability makes the illuminator incredibly versatile for varying scenarios, enhancing clarity and detail exactly where it's needed.

ABOUT THE PARD TL3 IR ILLUMINATOR

The Pard TL3 IR Illuminator distinguishes itself as a premium accessory designed to elevate the performance of both digital and analog night vision devices. Its core strength lies in its dual-wavelength capability, allowing users to effortlessly switch between 850nm and 940nm. The 850nm setting provides a brighter, more powerful illumination, which is particularly effective for analog night vision devices that mostly detect infrared light up to 850 nanometers. While highly effective, IR illuminators with wavelengths under 875 nanometers can be detected by keen-eyed animals like wild boar and deer if pointed directly at them at moderate ranges (up to 50 meters). For ultimate stealth, the 940nm wavelength is ideal for digital night vision devices, which can detect wavelengths up to 950 nanometers, rendering the light virtually undetectable to the naked eye and most animals. The TL3 features a superior laser emitter, which is inherently better than typical LED emitters due to its ability to produce a more concentrated and powerful beam. Built from aerospace-grade aluminum, this illuminator boasts exceptional durability while remaining lightweight. Its functions include a precise focus mechanism, allowing the beam to be adjusted from a wide flood to a tight spot, providing adaptability for various observation distances and scenarios.
