Noblex Honeycomb Filter NZ8 2.5-20x50 LR

• Anti-glare honeycomb design: The fine honeycomb structure breaks up incoming light before it can reflect from the objective, helping keep the riflescope less visible in bright conditions.
• Improved image contrast: By screening out stray side light, the filter helps maintain a cleaner sight picture, which is useful when aiming toward low sun or across open ground.
• Additional objective protection: Fitted in front of the lens, it adds a practical barrier against rain, dust and light brush contact during field use.
• Model-specific fit: Built specifically for the Noblex NZ8 2.5-20x50 LR, it mounts cleanly and sits securely without the compromises that often come with universal accessories.
• Useful for hunting and range use: The design supports more discreet observation and aiming, while also helping preserve a clear view in changing light.

About the Noblex Accessories Series

Noblex Accessories is the manufacturer’s range of purpose-built add-ons, fittings and replacement parts for its optics. Rather than treating accessories as generic extras, Noblex matches this series to specific product families such as the NZ6, NZ8, NF, NS and NV lines, so each item is designed around the dimensions and practical use of the optic it supports. The range covers everyday protective items, mounting solutions and small functional parts that help keep an optic ready for field use.

Within the series are protective caps, batteries, seals, adjustment caps, straps, mounts and adapters, along with accessories for riflescopes, red-dot sights and binoculars. That makes the line relevant both for hunters and for shooters who want to maintain a consistent setup over time. The overall design philosophy is straightforward: accessories should fit properly, preserve the handling of the optic and solve a clear practical problem, whether that means protecting lenses, improving mounting options or replacing wear parts without changing the character of the original sight.

About the Noblex Honeycomb Filter NZ8 2.5-20x50 LR

The Noblex Honeycomb Filter NZ8 2.5-20x50 LR is a dedicated riflescope accessory made for shooters who want to reduce visible reflections from the objective lens without changing the core handling of their optic. Fitted in front of the objective, the honeycomb structure interrupts direct light paths that would otherwise create a bright flash from the front lens. In practical terms, that matters when hunting in open terrain, when the sun is low, or whenever concealment is helped by keeping the optic less conspicuous.

This accessory also works as a side glare shield, reducing stray light that can wash out the image and lower contrast. That benefit is especially useful when aiming across bright backgrounds or in uneven light, where a cleaner sight picture can make target detail easier to read. Because it is built specifically for the NZ8 2.5-20x50 LR, the fit is more secure and better aligned than a universal anti-reflection device, which helps preserve the riflescope’s overall balance and ease of use.

Beyond glare control, the filter adds a measure of front-lens protection against rain, dust and light vegetation contact. That makes it a sensible addition for field rifles used in hunting optics setups, where the objective lens is often exposed during movement and waiting periods. The result is a simple accessory with a clear role: lower signature, steadier contrast and added protection for a premium long-range riflescope.

About Noblex

Noblex is an optics manufacturer based in Eisfeld, Thuringia, Germany, where binoculars and riflescopes have been made since 1968. The current company structure developed after NOBLEX GmbH acquired the Eisfeld site on May 1, 2016, and NOBLEX E-Optics GmbH later took over significant assets of the former company in November 2020. The Eisfeld site also has continuity with the period after German reunification, when it operated as Docter-Optic-Eisfeld GmbH from 1991.

The company’s product range includes binoculars, riflescopes and reflex sights, while its electronic optics activities extend to night vision, laser rangefinding and thermal imaging. Noblex also continues the well-known DOCTER sight line under the Noblex name. That combination of conventional sporting optics and electronic systems is reflected in a catalogue that covers both field use and shooting applications.
