Minox Ballistic Turret for RS-6

• BDC conversion for RS-6: This turret turns a compatible RS-6 riflescope into a faster distance-adjustment system, helping hunters compensate for bullet drop without working through holdover marks under field pressure.
• Zero Stop return: The tactile stop brings the setting back to a defined 100 m zero quickly and confidently, which is useful when moving between longer shots and normal hunting distances.
• Glove-friendly handling: Distinct clicks and a shape designed for easy grip make the turret simpler to operate in cold, wet or snowy conditions, where fine controls can be harder to manage.
• Retrofit installation: The module is made to fit RS-6 turrets as an upgrade, so the riflescope can be adapted for more distance-focused use without changing the optic itself.
• Custom marking ring: The included blank ring allows individual distance markings, giving the shooter a clearer, more personal reference system for a chosen load and hunting setup.

About the Minox Accesories Series

Minox Accesories brings together practical add-ons from the brand’s hunting and sport-optics range, with an emphasis on equipment that improves field handling rather than changing the core character of the optic itself. Within the broader MINOX lineup, this series sits as a support category for users who want to tailor their setup with purpose-built accessories for carrying, mounting, protection and maintenance. The series covers hunting equipment and optic-related accessories, reflecting MINOX’s focus on real field use rather than decorative extras.

Across the range, the design approach is straightforward: accessories are meant to make an optic easier to carry, quicker to deploy or simpler to maintain in changing outdoor conditions. That practical philosophy is seen in products such as straps, adapters and cleaning tools, and it also suits upgrades like the RS-6 ballistic turret, which extends the functionality of a riflescope for distance compensation. In that sense, the series serves hunters and sport shooters who value modularity, simple operation and compatibility with existing MINOX equipment. Instead of adding complexity, these accessories are intended to make proven optics more adaptable to specific tasks in the field.

About the Minox Ballistic Turret for RS-6

The Minox Ballistic Turret for RS-6 is a dedicated riflescope accessory for shooters who want faster, more intuitive elevation correction from a compatible RS-6 optic. Instead of relying only on reticle holdover or mental calculation, the turret provides a direct way to dial for distance, which is especially useful when shot opportunities change quickly. In practical hunting use, that means less time spent estimating corrections and more confidence when moving from a standard zero to a longer shot.

A key part of the design is the BDC function, which allows distance-related adjustment with clear, repeatable clicks. This makes the accessory relevant both for driven-hunt situations where speed matters and for stand hunting where a more deliberate longer shot may present itself. The Zero Stop adds another practical advantage by giving the shooter a tactile return to the 100 m zero, reducing the chance of staying on an elevated setting after a previous adjustment.

MINOX also built this accessory around field usability. Glove-friendly operation helps in cold-weather hunting, while the retrofit design keeps installation straightforward for RS-6 owners who want to expand the scope’s capability without replacing the optic. The included blank ring supports custom distance markings, allowing the turret to be matched to a chosen cartridge and shooting style for a clearer, more personal dialing reference.

About Minox

MINOX GmbH was founded in Wetzlar, Germany, in 1945 and has long been associated with precision optical products. The company later expanded strongly into sport optics, entering that market in the 1990s and developing a range that includes binoculars, spotting scopes, riflescopes, night-vision devices and wildlife cameras. This broad product focus helps explain MINOX’s practical approach to hunting optics and related accessories.

After separating from Leica Camera AG in 2005, MINOX continued as an independent company and joined the Blaser Group in 2013. The brand relocated to Isny, Germany, on February 1, 2020. In the riflescope segment, MINOX is known for combining field-oriented design with precise mechanical function, and its scope lines helped establish the company among hunters and sport shooters looking for dependable optical equipment and purpose-built accessories.
