Meprolight FT Bullseye for Sig Sauer P226/P320

• Battery-free illuminated aiming: The FT Bullseye combines fiber optics for daylight visibility with tritium for low-light use, so the sight picture stays available without switches, charging, or battery management.
• Single-sight bullseye alignment: Its outline bullseye aiming system replaces the usual front-and-rear alignment process, helping speed up sight acquisition on defensive pistols where fast presentation matters.
• Low-profile rear-sight format: Built as a rear sight for compatible Sig Sauer P226/P320 pistols, it keeps the handgun compact and practical for duty or concealed-carry holsters.
• Fixed construction for consistent zero: The fixed sight adjustment and solid aluminium body favor durability and repeatable point of aim, with fewer exposed parts to snag or shift in hard use.
• Self-illuminated night-sight design: As a tritium night sight, it remains visible in dark conditions where standard black sights disappear, supporting faster reference in transitional light.

About the Meprolight FT Bullseye Series

Meprolight FT Bullseye sits in the company’s current handgun-sights lineup as a compact alternative to conventional pistol sight sets. The series is built around a distinctive bullseye aiming reference that simplifies the sight picture and reduces the need to align separate front and rear elements. Within the family, Meprolight offers both front-sight and rear-sight versions, with fitments for a range of compatible pistols.

A defining trait of the series is its battery-free illumination system. Meprolight combines fiber optics for bright daytime visibility with tritium for low-light and dark conditions, giving the sight an always-on character without electronic controls. In practical use, that makes the FT Bullseye family especially relevant for defensive carry and service pistols, where immediate readiness matters more than adjustable settings. The design philosophy is compact, snag-resistant, and fast to read at close to moderate handgun distances, while remaining simple enough for users who want a self-illuminated sighting system without adding a slide-mounted optic.

About the Meprolight FT Bullseye for Sig Sauer P226/P320

The Meprolight FT Bullseye for Sig Sauer P226/P320 is a rear-sight solution designed for shooters who want a faster visual reference than a conventional notch-and-post arrangement. Instead of splitting attention between front sight, rear notch, and target, the FT Bullseye uses an outline bullseye alignment that presents a more centralized aiming reference. On defensive pistols such as the Sig Sauer P226 and P320, that can help shorten the time from draw to acceptable sight picture.

The sight is self-illuminated, using fiber optics in daylight and tritium in low light. That matters on a carry or duty handgun because the aiming reference remains visible across changing light conditions without buttons or batteries. The result is a sight that stays ready whether the pistol is used in bright outdoor light, indoor environments, or dim transitional settings.

Its fixed adjustment and aluminium housing keep the design straightforward and durable. With no exposed controls to manage, the sight favors reliability and a clean profile that works well with practical carry setups. As a dedicated handgun night sight, this model is aimed at users who prioritize immediate usability, compact dimensions, and a simplified sight picture over the complexity of electronic pistol optics.

About Meprolight

Meprolight was founded in 1990 as a supplier of sights and battle optics to the Israel Defense Forces. Based in Or Akiva, Israel, the company develops and manufactures optical and electro-optical sighting systems for military, law-enforcement, and civilian use. It is a division of SK Group.

The company’s product range covers conventional sights, tritium night sights, reflex optics, thermal sights, magnified optics, magnifiers, and night-vision systems. Meprolight also builds sighting systems for pistols, rifles, shotguns, and carbines, which gives the brand a broad presence across both defensive and sporting categories. In products such as the FT Bullseye, that background shows in a focus on compact construction, self-illuminated aiming systems, and practical designs intended for hard field use.
