Meprolight FT Bullseye for Kriss Sphinx

• Fiber-optic and tritium illumination: The sight picture stays visible in bright daylight and in low light without batteries, so the pistol remains ready for defensive use at any time of day.
• Bullseye aiming system: The enclosed dot-in-circle reference simplifies alignment into a single focal task, helping shooters acquire the sight faster than with a conventional front-and-rear sight arrangement.
• Rear-sight replacement design: This FT Bullseye version fits the compatible Kriss Sphinx platform as a standalone rear unit, reducing visual clutter and keeping the handgun compact for carry.
• Fixed, self-illuminated construction: With no batteries to manage and no external controls to adjust, the sight is straightforward to run under stress and consistent from draw to shot.
• Aluminium housing: The metal body gives the sight the rigidity needed for daily carry and repeated slide movement while keeping weight and bulk low.

About the Meprolight FT Bullseye Series

Meprolight FT Bullseye sits in the company’s current handgun-sights lineup as a compact, self-illuminated alternative to conventional pistol sights. The series is built around a bullseye aiming reference that combines rapid target acquisition with a very low-profile form, making it especially relevant for defensive pistols and concealed-carry handguns. Rather than relying on batteries, FT Bullseye sights use fiber optics for daytime illumination and tritium for low-light use, so the aiming reference remains available across changing light conditions.

The family includes both front-sight and rear-sight versions for specific pistol fitments, including models made for compatible Glock pistols and other service-handgun platforms. That split gives shooters a choice between different installation concepts while keeping the same core visual idea. Across the series, the design philosophy is practical: reduce the number of alignment steps, keep the sight compact enough for everyday carry, and provide an always-on sight picture that does not depend on switches or battery life. In use, FT Bullseye sights appeal to shooters who want a faster, simpler visual reference for close-range defensive shooting without moving to a slide-mounted electronic optic.

About the Meprolight FT Bullseye for Kriss Sphinx

The Meprolight FT Bullseye for Kriss Sphinx is a dedicated handgun sight for the Kriss Sphinx platform, built for shooters who want a faster visual index than a traditional notch-and-post arrangement. Instead of dividing attention between front sight, rear sight and target, the FT Bullseye system presents a single bullseye-style aiming reference. In practical shooting, that can speed up sight acquisition from the draw and simplify alignment when time is limited.

This model uses fiber optics in daylight and tritium in low light, which means the aiming reference remains visible without batteries or electronic controls. That matters on a defensive pistol, where the sight must work immediately in bright outdoor light, dim interiors and transitional lighting. Because the sight is self-illuminated, there is no need to manage brightness settings or power status before use.

The sight is housed in aluminium and finished in black, giving it the durability expected from a carry-oriented pistol component while keeping the profile discreet. Its fixed adjustment layout favors simplicity and robustness over user-adjustable mechanisms, which suits a sight intended for dependable everyday use. The outline alignment concept and O-style rear reference are designed to guide the eye quickly into the center of the aiming image, helping the shooter confirm alignment with less visual processing than standard iron sights often require.

About Meprolight

Meprolight was founded in 1990 as a supplier of sights and battle optics to the Israel Defense Forces. Based in Or Akiva, Israel, the company develops and manufactures optical and electro-optical sighting systems for military, law-enforcement and civilian users. Its range covers conventional sights, tritium night sights, reflex optics and thermal sights, along with products for pistols, rifles, shotguns and carbines.

As a division of SK Group, Meprolight has built its reputation around rugged sighting systems intended for hard field use rather than range-only applications. That background is especially relevant in the handgun-sight category, where the company is well known for self-illuminated tritium designs and compact aiming solutions that remain usable in changing light conditions. Its broader catalog also includes magnified optics, magnifiers, night-vision systems and thermal devices, reflecting a long-standing focus on practical aiming technology across multiple weapon platforms.
