Meprolight FT Bullseye for H&K VP9-Green

• Single-sight bullseye aiming system: The FT Bullseye replaces the usual front-and-rear sight picture with one compact aiming reference, helping speed up alignment in close defensive shooting and reducing visual clutter under stress.
• Fiber-optic and tritium illumination: Daylight brightness comes from fiber optics, while tritium keeps the sight visible in low light and darkness, so the sight remains usable around the clock without relying on ambient light or electronics.
• No-battery operation: The sight is always on and always ready, with no switches to manage and no batteries to replace, which suits a carry pistol that may be drawn without warning.
• Low-profile, snag-free housing: Its compact aluminium construction keeps the pistol streamlined for holster use and everyday carry while protecting the illuminated sighting system from routine handling.
• Model-specific H&K fit: This version is built for compatible H&K VP9-pattern dovetails, giving owners a dedicated fit for a defensive handgun rather than a one-size-fits-all solution.

About the Meprolight FT Bullseye Series

Meprolight FT Bullseye sits in the company’s current handgun-sights lineup as a compact alternative to conventional pistol sights and slide-mounted pistol optics. The series is built around a distinctive bullseye aiming reference that allows the shooter to use a single illuminated sight instead of the traditional front-and-rear arrangement. In the front-sight version, that design is intended for defensive and concealed-carry pistols, where fast presentation and a clean draw matter more than a complex sight picture.

The family includes both front-sight and rear-sight versions for compatible pistol fitments, including Glock models and other common service-pistol platforms. Across the range, Meprolight combines fiber optics for daytime illumination with tritium for low-light use, so the sight remains visible in changing conditions without batteries. That battery-free approach suits carry guns that need to stay ready at all times. The series is defined by its compact form, simplified alignment concept, and practical focus on close-range speed, making it a strong fit for shooters who want a pistol sight that bridges the gap between standard iron sights and a miniature reflex optic.

About the Meprolight FT Bullseye for H&K VP9-Green

The Meprolight FT Bullseye for H&K VP9-Green is a fixed tritium night sight designed for shooters who want faster visual indexing on a defensive pistol without adding an electronic optic. Instead of aligning a front blade inside a rear notch, this model uses an outline-style bullseye reference in a compact rear-sight unit. In practice, that means less attention spent balancing multiple sight elements and a quicker transition from draw to acceptable sight picture at typical handgun distances.

The green illumination is easy to pick up in varied light, while the combination of fiber-optic daytime brightness and tritium low-light visibility keeps the sight useful from bright outdoor conditions to indoor or reduced-light environments. Because the system is always on, there is no button press, brightness setting, or battery compartment to think about. That simplicity is particularly valuable on a carry or duty pistol, where the sight must work immediately when the handgun is presented.

Its aluminium housing keeps weight low while providing a durable structure for daily carry use. The fixed design also favors reliability, since there are no exposed adjustment controls to snag or shift during hard use. For compatible H&K VP9, HK45, HK45C, P30, and SFP9 non-OR models, this FT Bullseye variant offers a compact, low-profile sighting solution that preserves holster compatibility while giving the pistol a more instinctive aiming reference than standard iron sights.

About Meprolight

Meprolight was founded in 1990 as a supplier of sights and battle optics to the Israel Defense Forces. Based in Or Akiva, Israel, the company develops and manufactures optical and electro-optical sighting systems for military, law-enforcement, and civilian users. It operates as a division of SK Group and has built its reputation around practical aiming systems designed for hard field use.

The company’s range covers conventional sights, tritium night sights, reflex optics, thermal sights, magnified optics, magnifiers, and night-vision systems. Meprolight also produces sighting solutions for pistols, rifles, shotguns, and carbines, which gives it broad experience across both defensive and sporting applications.
