Hikmicro Thunder TH35P 2.0

• 384×288 thermal sensor: The uncooled 12 μm sensor gives the scope enough detail for confident target recognition while keeping the unit compact and manageable on a hunting rifle.
• 35 mm F1.0 objective lens: A fast lens gathers more thermal energy, which helps the TH35P 2.0 show clearer heat contrast in difficult weather and at longer observation distances.
• 1024×768 OLED display: The high-resolution OLED screen presents a crisp viewing image with strong contrast, making reticles, target edges and scene detail easier to read during night shooting.
• 50 Hz refresh rate: Fast image refresh keeps movement looking natural, which matters when tracking game or scanning wider ground without a jerky picture.
• Onboard recording and Wi-Fi: Built-in photo and video capture, plus wireless connectivity, make it easier to save sightings, review shots and share footage without adding external accessories.

About the Hikmicro Thunder Series

HIKMICRO THUNDER is the company’s thermal scope family for users who need a dedicated sighting system rather than a handheld viewer. The THUNDER 2.0 generation, introduced on April 12, 2023, updated the earlier THUNDER 1.0 line with a broader model range and a more developed feature set for field use. Within HIKMICRO’s outdoor lineup, it sits alongside the STELLAR thermal scopes, while keeping a more compact, straightforward format that suits hunting and similar night-time observation work.

The series uses uncooled thermal imaging sensors paired with OLED displays, combining thermal detection with a viewing image that remains easy to interpret in darkness and poor visibility. THUNDER 2.0 models support onboard video recording and snapshot capture, which adds practical value for documenting observations or reviewing shot placement. The range includes several sensor and lens combinations, so users can choose between wider field coverage or more reach depending on terrain and target size. Across the series, HIKMICRO also provides multiple thermal palettes and flat-field correction modes, giving the THUNDER line the flexibility expected from a modern thermal riflescope.

About the Hikmicro Thunder TH35P 2.0

The Hikmicro Thunder TH35P 2.0 is a thermal riflescope built around a 384×288, 12 μm sensor and a 35.00 mm F1.0 objective lens, a combination that balances field coverage with useful detection reach. With a stated 1800.00 m detection range, it is well suited to hunting in open ground, field edges and mixed terrain where early heat detection matters before positive identification and shot setup. Its native 2.14 x magnification gives a practical starting view for scanning and engaging at typical night-hunting distances without forcing an overly narrow image.

The sensor’s 20.00 mK NETD helps the scope separate small temperature differences, which is especially useful in damp air, light rain, foggy transitions and other conditions where weaker thermal devices can lose scene definition. A 50.00 Hz refresh rate keeps moving animals and panning motion looking smooth, while the 1024×768 OLED display presents the thermal image with strong contrast and clean reticle visibility. HIKMICRO equips the TH35P 2.0 with 10 reticles, allowing the sight picture to be matched more closely to shooting style and target contrast.

In daily use, the scope remains compact at 221.00 mm and relatively light at 515.00 g, which helps preserve rifle handling. The 45.00 mm eye relief supports safer, more comfortable shooting positions, and the - 5.0 / + 5.0 dpt diopter range helps users fine-tune the display to their eyesight. Photo capture, video recording, video output and WiFi add useful recording and sharing functions, while the waterproof and fogproof construction supports reliable field use across changing weather.

About Hikmicro

HIKMICRO was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, China. The company specializes in thermal imaging and has also developed expertise in visible-light imaging, ultrasonic technology, electromagnetic technology and radar. In the outdoor optics segment, its range covers thermal monoculars, thermal scopes, thermal clip-ons, digital day-and-night scopes and multispectrum binoculars, giving the brand a broad presence in observation and hunting optics.

Within that lineup, product families such as THUNDER and STELLAR focus on thermal riflescopes, while LYNX, FALCON and CONDOR cover handheld thermal observation. HIKMICRO’s 2023 outdoor materials also document the release of 12 μm thermal detectors in 2020 across 256×192, 384×288 and 640×512 resolutions, showing the company’s emphasis on compact sensor design and practical field performance. That background is directly relevant to the TH35P 2.0, which reflects HIKMICRO’s concentration on dedicated thermal imaging devices for outdoor use.
