Hi VIZ Interchangeable Sight, Glock Pistols

• Interchangeable LitePipes: The front and rear sight elements can be swapped to change the sight picture, letting the shooter tune color contrast for range lighting, target backgrounds, or personal preference.
• Fiber-optic 3-dot layout: A bright three-dot arrangement helps the eye pick up the sights faster than plain black irons, which is useful for both deliberate target work and quicker follow-up shots.
• All-steel construction: Steel sights stand up well to regular holster use, repeated slide cycling, and hard range use, making them a practical upgrade over more basic factory sights.
• Fixed target-style setup: This sight set keeps the profile and handling of a fixed sight while giving a clean square rear notch that supports consistent alignment on the range.
• Glock-specific fit: Built for Glock pistols in 9mm, .40 S&W and .357 SIG, this set gives a platform-matched solution for shooters who want a brighter sight picture without changing to an electronic optic.

About the Hi Viz Interchangeable Sight Series

The Hi Viz Interchangeable Sight series sits within the company’s Original Sights family and centers on a simple idea: a durable iron sight that uses interchangeable LitePipes to tailor the sight picture. Rather than locking the shooter into one color combination, these sights allow the light-gathering inserts to be removed, replaced, and reused, which makes it easier to adapt the setup to changing light, target color, or shooting preference.

Within the range, HiViz offers platform-specific versions for popular firearms including Glock pistols, 1911-pattern handguns, and FN models. The series is aimed at competitive and everyday shooters who want a brighter, more visible aiming reference than plain black factory sights, but still prefer the simplicity and durability of non-electronic irons. Depending on the model, LitePipe color options can include red, green, white, or black, giving the series a practical level of customization without adding complexity to the pistol itself. The result is a sight family built around clear visibility, straightforward handling, and easy user tuning.

About the Hi VIZ Interchangeable Sight, Glock Pistols

The Hi VIZ Interchangeable Sight, Glock Pistols is a fiber-optic sight set designed for shooters who want a brighter, more adaptable sight picture on Glock handguns chambered in 9mm, .40 S&W, and .357 SIG. Its defining feature is the use of front and rear interchangeable LitePipes, which let the shooter change the color presentation to suit indoor ranges, bright outdoor light, or different target backgrounds. That flexibility is especially useful on pistols used for target shooting, practice, and competition, where sight visibility has a direct effect on speed and consistency.

This model uses a fixed sight arrangement with a square rear sight and a 3-dot alignment, combining a familiar sight picture with the higher visibility of fiber optics. The square rear notch supports precise alignment, while the bright front and rear dots help the eye center the pistol quickly. Because the system is not self-illuminated, it relies on ambient light, which keeps the design simple and maintenance-free while still delivering a clear advantage over plain steel sights in normal daylight and well-lit range conditions.

The sight body is made from steel, giving the set the durability expected for regular carry, training, and repeated slide operation. At 10.00 g, it adds very little weight to the pistol. For Glock owners who want a practical iron-sight upgrade rather than a bulkier optic setup, this HiViz sight set offers a straightforward combination of visibility, durability, and user-adjustable sight color.

About HiViz

HiViz began in 1996 with a single shooting-related product and grew into a specialist maker of firearm sighting systems and accessories. The company is based in Laramie, Wyoming, United States, and focuses on sights for handguns, shotguns, and rifles. Its product range includes fiber-optic sights, tritium sights, recoil pads, and related shooting accessories.

A defining part of the brand’s identity is its use of LitePipes, removable and reusable fiber-optic sight elements that allow shooters to tailor sight color and presentation. HiViz has expanded that concept across several sight families, including TriViz, CompSight, and later the LiteWave line introduced in 2014. Across these categories, the company is known for practical sight upgrades that improve visibility while keeping the handling and durability expected from iron sights on working firearms.
