ERA-TAC Detachable sling swivel

• Detachable push-button design: The quick-detach mechanism lets the sling be attached or removed in seconds, which is useful when changing carry setup, moving a rifle into storage, or reconfiguring field gear.
• Fits 1” (25 mm) slings: Sized for a common sling width, this swivel works well with many hunting and tactical rifle slings without forcing the webbing or creating excess play.
• Steel construction: A steel body gives the swivel the strength needed for repeated use on working rifles, helping it stay dependable under load and during frequent movement.
• Black coated finish: The dark protective finish reduces reflections and adds surface protection, making the swivel better suited to practical field and range use.
• Made in Germany: German manufacture aligns with the ERATAC focus on precise firearm accessories, which matters when a small part must lock in securely and operate consistently.

About the ERA-TAC Accesories Series

The ERA-TAC Accesories series brings together the smaller interface parts and support components that complete a practical rifle setup. Introduced under the ERATAC name for civilian users and law enforcement, the range covers more than mounts alone: it includes swivels, adapters, KeyMod and M-LOK accessories, and other hardware intended to expand how a firearm is carried or equipped. The series is built around the same functional approach seen across the wider ERATAC lineup, with an emphasis on secure attachment, straightforward handling, and compatibility with real working rifles.

Within the range, the focus is on accessories that solve specific setup tasks rather than adding unnecessary complexity. Some components support sling mounting, others adapt Picatinny or interface systems for lights and lasers, and others help with rifle balance or shooting angle management. That makes the series relevant to hunting, sport shooting, and tactical rifle use, where small hardware choices affect how comfortably and efficiently the rifle can be carried and deployed. In practice, the ERA-TAC Accesories family is defined by modularity, durability, and purpose-built design for users who want dependable attachment points and clean integration with the rest of their equipment.

About the ERA-TAC Detachable sling swivel

The ERA-TAC Detachable sling swivel is a compact rifle accessory designed to provide a secure, quickly removable sling connection for 1” (25 mm) slings. Its role is simple but important: it creates a reliable attachment point that allows the rifle to be carried comfortably while still being easy to reconfigure when the sling needs to come off. For shooters who alternate between supported carry, bench use, transport cases, or different sling setups, a detachable swivel is often more practical than a fixed loop.

This model uses a steel body, which is well suited to an accessory that sees repeated loading, movement, and handling. That material choice helps the swivel remain stable in everyday use, whether the rifle is carried over distance, moved in and out of vehicles, or repositioned frequently on the range. The black finish keeps the appearance subdued and adds a layer of protection appropriate for field use.

Because it is built specifically for 1” sling webbing, the swivel matches a widely used sling format found on many hunting and tactical rifle slings. That gives the user a straightforward way to add or replace a sling connection without changing the rest of the carry system. As part of the ERATAC accessory range, this detachable sling swivel is aimed at shooters who value secure retention, fast handling, and simple integration with a practical rifle setup.

About ERA-TAC

ERATAC is a brand of Recknagel GmbH & Co. KG, based in Bergrheinfeld, Germany. Recknagel was founded in 1867 in Albrechts near Suhl, giving the company a long background in firearm-related engineering and accessories. The ERATAC line was introduced in 2010 to serve civilian and military markets with tactical mounts and related accessories. Across the range, the brand is known for products such as riflescope mounts, Picatinny rails, backup sights, and weapon accessories, alongside components for hunting and sport shooting.

Within this category, ERATAC is especially associated with a practical, mechanically focused design approach. Its product family is built around robust mounting solutions and accessory hardware intended for repeatable fit and dependable use on working rifles. That background makes the brand a natural fit for sling hardware and other support components where secure attachment and consistent function matter as much as the larger optic or weapon system.
