The high of 5mm is Total (ring+foot) or only foot? I have now a foot high 5mm + ring.....

Hi, What's the correct BH of the front and rear rings with foot for my Remington 700 short action if I want to mount a 30mm tube and 56mm objective rifle scope? I have a pair of rings that have BHs of 12mm for the front one and 12,5mm for the rear one but the scope is under tension so I want to purchase from you either the front, the rear, or a new pair of rings with foot to correct the problem.

Based on your description, the appropriate BH height for your scope should be at least 13 mm. You can find the mounting solution (rings + bases) here:

Good morning, I just realized I didn't mention I have a Gerhardt 3-12x56C mounted with an EAW pivot mount and I just need to correct the tension problem by purchasing either the rear or front ring with foot of the right height. I have to say the scope height is correct and I don't need it to sit higher.
