Caldwell ClayCopter UFO Charger

• UV charging system: Built-in UV lights charge ClayCopter UFO targets in seconds, so glowing targets are ready quickly for low-light and night shooting sessions.
• Integrated target dispenser: The charger holds a tube of 50 ClayCopter targets and dispenses them as needed, helping keep reloads organized and reducing interruptions between launches.
• Hands-free carry: An adjustable shoulder strap keeps the dispenser close at hand while leaving both hands free to operate the launcher and manage the shooting station.
• Simple field setup: The end-cap design attaches directly over the ClayCopter target tube, making the charger easy to fit and use without adding complicated steps.
• Lightweight polymer construction: The polymer body keeps weight down while providing a practical, durable format for repeated range use and transport.

About the Caldwell Accessories Series

Caldwell Accessories covers a broad mix of support equipment for range use and firearms handling rather than a single narrowly defined product family. In Caldwell’s lineup, this series sits around the practical items that help shooters organize gear, manage targets, and streamline time on the range. The focus is on straightforward function, durable materials, and designs that are easy to deploy in the field or at a shooting station.

Across the wider series, Caldwell uses reinforced polymer construction and user-focused layouts intended to make equipment easier to carry, adjust, or operate under real range conditions. That approach suits shooters who want accessories that solve specific handling problems without adding unnecessary complexity. Within the brand’s broader shooting-gear catalog, Caldwell Accessories supports target shooting, training, and general range setup with products built around convenience, repeatable use, and compatibility with other Caldwell systems.

About the Caldwell ClayCopter UFO Charger

The Caldwell ClayCopter UFO Charger is a purpose-built target accessory designed for shooters using ClayCopter UFO glowing targets in low-light or night conditions. Its main job is simple but useful: it charges luminescent targets with integrated UV lights before launch, so the targets are visible in flight without adding extra handling steps. Because the charger works directly with the target tube, it keeps the charging process fast and consistent when multiple targets need to be prepared in sequence.

The design also serves as a target dispenser for a tube of 50 ClayCopter targets, which makes it more than just a charging tool. By combining storage, dispensing, and charging in one unit, it helps keep the shooting line organized and reduces downtime between launches. That is especially useful when the pace of shooting matters, such as informal competition, practice drills, or group sessions where targets need to be ready on demand.

An adjustable shoulder strap adds practical field ergonomics by keeping the unit accessible while leaving both hands free for launcher operation. The polymer construction supports easy transport and routine range use, while the black finish keeps the accessory understated and functional. Overall, this Caldwell target accessory is aimed at shooters who want a cleaner workflow for glow-target shooting, with faster preparation and less interruption once the session is underway.

About Caldwell

Caldwell is a shooting-supplies brand centered on equipment for shooting ranges and firearms use. Its catalog covers a wide spread of practical range gear, including targets, target-launching equipment, shooting rests, and ballistic chronographs, along with product families such as Lead Sled shooting rests and E-Max electronic hearing protection. The brand also offers magazine loaders under the Mag Charger name.

Caldwell has built its reputation around tools that support training, target shooting, and range organization rather than firearms themselves. That makes the brand particularly relevant in categories where ease of setup, repeatable use, and durable construction matter. In December 2014, Smith & Wesson announced its acquisition of Battenfeld Technologies, which included Caldwell Shooting Supplies. That background helps place Caldwell as a specialist brand focused on practical shooting accessories and range equipment.
