Explore Scientific 100° 30 mm Eyepiece

1. Ultra-Wide 100° Field: This eyepiece delivers an incredibly immersive 100-degree apparent field of view, simulating a "porthole" effect for an expansive look at celestial objects. It allows observers to take in large deep-sky targets or sweeping lunar landscapes effortlessly.

2. Advanced Optical Design: Featuring an intricate 9-element optical design with Explore Scientific’s proprietary EMD™ (Enhanced Multi-layer Deposition) coatings, this eyepiece ensures superior contrast, color fidelity, and light transmission. This results in bright, crisp images across the entire field without aberrations.

3. Waterproof & Argon-Purged: Engineered for durability, the barrel is argon-purged and sealed. This prevents internal fogging, protecting the optics from moisture and dust, ensuring longevity and consistent performance even in challenging environments.

4. Generous Eye Relief: With a comfortable 20.9 mm of eye relief, this eyepiece is ideal for extended observation sessions and accommodates those who wear eyeglasses without sacrificing the full field of view. The design prioritizes user comfort alongside optical excellence.
