Ansmann Battery Box for 4 AAA/AA Batteries

• Storage for 4 AA or AAA cells: Keeps a small set of spare batteries or rechargeables together in one place, so the most commonly used sizes are easier to carry and easier to find.
• Short-circuit protection in transport: Separating loose cells inside a dedicated box helps prevent accidental contact with metal objects in a bag, which is safer and better for the batteries.
• Compact pocket format: The slim box takes up very little space, making it practical for travel, field kits, camera bags, flashlights and everyday household storage.
• Transparent plastic body: The clear housing lets the contents be checked at a glance, so it is easy to see whether batteries are loaded and ready before leaving.
• Made in Germany: German manufacture suits buyers who want a simple battery accessory with consistent fit, finish and everyday durability.

About the Ansmann Accessories Series

Ansmann Accessories covers the practical side of battery use: storage, organization and day-to-day handling around the cells people use most often. Within the wider ANSMANN range, the series sits alongside the brand’s rechargeable batteries and chargers and supports the same common formats used in household electronics, flashlights, toys, cameras and remote controls. That makes it a natural companion to the company’s AA and AAA battery ecosystem rather than a standalone niche product.

The series reflects ANSMANN’s focus on everyday power solutions with straightforward, functional design. Instead of adding complexity, these accessories are built to make battery management cleaner and more reliable in normal use and transport. In practical terms, that means compact forms, simple handling and compatibility with the battery sizes most people already keep at home. For users who rely on rechargeable cells, accessories in this series also help support the idea behind ANSMANN maxE products: keeping commonly used batteries organized, protected and ready for repeated use. The result is a range aimed at convenient storage and routine portability rather than technical complexity.

About the Ansmann Battery Box for 4 AAA/AA Batteries

The Ansmann Battery Box for 4 AAA/AA Batteries is a simple storage accessory designed for one very practical job: keeping a small set of loose cells protected, organized and easy to carry. It holds up to 4 AAA or AA batteries, which makes it well suited to the battery quantities typically needed for compact flashlights, remote controls, small electronics or a quick spare set in a travel bag. Instead of carrying loose batteries in a pocket or case, the box keeps them together in a defined space where they are easier to manage.

Its main benefit is not capacity but convenience. A dedicated battery box helps reduce the risk of accidental short-circuiting during transport and keeps cells from rubbing against other items in a bag or drawer. That matters both for safety and for preserving batteries that are meant to be ready when needed. The transparent plastic housing adds another practical advantage: the contents can be checked immediately without opening the box, which is useful when sorting charged and discharged cells or confirming that a spare set is packed.

With a size of 64.00 mm in length and 22.00 mm in height, this is a compact accessory that fits easily into everyday carry kits. The plastic construction keeps weight low while providing enough structure to protect the batteries from casual knocks and clutter. For users who regularly rotate AA and AAA cells, it is a tidy, low-profile way to store a ready set at home or on the move.

About Ansmann

Ansmann was founded by Edgar Ansmann in 1991 in Assamstadt, Germany, where ANSMANN AG is still headquartered. The company specializes in battery, charging, drive-system and lighting technology, with a product range that spans consumer rechargeables, chargers and related power accessories. In everyday battery use, ANSMANN is particularly associated with common formats such as AA and AAA cells and with practical products built around storing, charging and using them efficiently.

One of the company’s better-known battery technologies is maxE, used in NiMH rechargeable batteries with reduced self-discharge compared with standard NiMH designs. ANSMANN also opened its own in-house UN test center in 2012, reflecting a strong focus on battery handling and technical control in this product area. That background makes the brand a natural fit for simple battery accessories designed around safe storage and routine portability.
