Rusan pivot mount for a second scope

Dear,I have a scope with Rusan pivot mount. The scope has a diameter of 25.5mm, and the lens at the end has an outside diameter of 52.2mm.

Now I want to fit another scope on the same rifle, so I need an extra Rusan pivot mount for that scope as well. This scope has a diameter of 30mm and the lens at the end has an outside diameter of 63.5mm.

Do you have the correct Rusan pivot mounts to fit this scope?Can you please send me the price, shipping cost (to Belgium), and delivery time?I don’t need a base, because that’s on the rifle already.
