Unfortunately, the manufacturer doesn’t give information on whether this riflescope is 9.3×62 recoil resistant. We can confirm that our customers put this scope on a .308, .30-06, 7×64 calibers, and others, however, that is about it.

Mounting of red dots on Sauer 404 XT and Beretta 686 firearms

thank you for contacting us.

In order to use a single red dot sight on both rifles you would require a detachable and 100% repeatable mount. Additionally, you would need to have Picatinny rails on both of your rifles.

For a Sauer 404 rifle, we would recommend a Picatinny rail shown below.

For a Beretta 686, it will be quite more complicated to find a suitable mount as this rifle actually doesn’t have a pre-prepared mounting surface. In this case, we would require the exact image of your rifle’s mounting surface.

In order to use an Aimpoint H-2 on a Sauer 404, we would recommend using it with the Aimpoint mount that you’ve specified. You would however need to install a Picatinny rail on the Beretta 686 rifle in order to attach the Tempus on its mounting surface.

There are two Recknagel One-piece tip-off mount for Picatinny, Swarovski SR rail, nut rails, that differ in length.

One is long 90 mm from one grip for picatinny to the other. The whole length is 110 mm.
