Safariland 7377 7TS ALS Holster for Glock 19/23 Gen1-5 with Torch X300 SAFSEV

• ALS retention system: The Automatic Locking System secures the pistol as soon as it is holstered, then releases with a natural thumb movement during the draw. This gives a higher level of security without adding a separate strap over the top.
• 7TS SafariSeven construction: Safariland’s proprietary nylon blend is built for hard daily use and helps the holster keep its shape in heat, cold, and wet conditions, making it well suited to regular field or duty carry.
• OWB belt holster format: The outside-the-waistband design keeps the handgun accessible and stable on the belt, which is useful for open carry, range work, training, and professional applications where a fast, repeatable draw matters.
• Light-compatible fit: This model is configured for Glock 19/23 Gen1-5 pistols with a SureFire X300-type weapon light, so the user can carry a fighting handgun with mounted illumination instead of removing the light to fit the holster.
• Concealment-oriented open-top design: The open-top layout reduces bulk and speeds up presentation, while the shaped polymer body maintains consistent retention and reholstering for everyday carry or plainclothes use.

About the Safariland Accessories Series

Safariland 7TS holsters sit in the brand’s modern molded-holster lineup and cover a wide range of roles, from duty and tactical carry to concealment and everyday use. The series is built around SafariSeven, a proprietary DuPont nylon blend used in precision injection-molded holsters that combine a rigid shape with practical resistance to weather, temperature extremes, and hard wear. Safariland also uses raised interior surfaces in the 7TS design to create airspace around the firearm, which helps reduce broad contact with the pistol while keeping the holster compact and structured.

Within the family, users can choose between Level I, Level II, and Level III retention configurations, depending on whether the priority is streamlined concealment or added security for professional use. The series includes models with ALS, SLS, or combined ALS and SLS retention systems, giving the range a clear mechanical logic across different carry styles. That makes the 7TS platform relevant to law enforcement, armed professionals, and civilian carriers who want a durable polymer holster with a consistent draw stroke and model-specific firearm fit.

About the Safariland 7377 7TS ALS Holster for Glock 19/23 Gen1-5 with Torch X300 SAFSEV

The Safariland 7377 7TS ALS Holster is a concealment-oriented OWB holster built for Glock 19/23 Gen1-5 pistols fitted with a SureFire X300-type light. That specific fit is what makes this model especially useful: it allows the pistol to remain ready with its weapon light attached, which is important for defensive, professional, and training setups where the handgun is expected to stay in its working configuration. The open-top layout keeps the draw direct and uncomplicated, while the molded body preserves a consistent reholstering path.

The key operating feature is ALS retention. Instead of relying on a traditional thumb break, the system locks the firearm internally when holstered and releases it with a thumb lever during the draw. In practice, this gives the user a secure hold on the pistol during movement while keeping the presentation fast and repeatable. For a belt-carried concealment holster, that balance between retention and speed is one of the main reasons to choose this design.

The holster body is made from polymer and follows the 7TS concept based on SafariSeven material, which is intended for hard use in varied environments. At 310.00 g and 210.00 mm in length, it remains substantial enough for stable carry without moving into bulky duty-holster territory. With its right-hand draw, belt-loop attachment, and OWB format, this model suits users who want a structured handgun holster for open carry, range use, plainclothes work, or concealed carry under a covering garment.

About Safariland

Safariland was established in 1964 by Neale Perkins, who began the business in Sierra Madre, California. The company later became part of Armor Holdings in 1999, then moved under BAE Systems in 2007 before an affiliate of Kanders & Company acquired The Safariland Group in 2012. Today, the company is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida.

Safariland is known for equipment used by law enforcement, military, fire and rescue, competitive shooting, and everyday markets. Its product range includes armor, holsters, accessories, and communications equipment, but in the handgun-carry segment it is especially recognized for retention systems such as ALS, which uses an internal lock released by a thumb lever. The company also developed SafariSeven for its 7TS holsters, giving this product family a distinct material and construction approach within the broader holster market.
