Rusan Reducing Ring for Pulsar 3x20B, 5x30B Ocular, Krypton

• Made for Pulsar Krypton oculars: This reducing ring is configured for Pulsar 3x20B and 5x30B oculars, giving the clip-on system the correct interface for a secure and consistent fit.
• Supports thermal clip-on use: As a dedicated part for a thermal clip-on setup, it helps integrate the device with the adapter system so the optic can be mounted correctly for field use.
• Part of the Rusan adapter ecosystem: Built within the Rusan Accessories range, it works with the company’s established clip-on mounting concept, which is useful for users building or maintaining a modular setup.
• Croatian-made metal component: Manufactured in Croatia, this accessory reflects Rusan’s focus on precision-machined mounting parts for sporting and hunting optics.
• Simple, model-specific solution: A dedicated reducing ring avoids improvised spacing or mismatched parts, helping preserve proper alignment and repeatable installation when pairing compatible components.

About the Rusan Accessories Series

Rusan Accessories is the part of the Rusan range dedicated to the practical hardware that makes clip-on systems work correctly in the field. The series includes adapters and reduction rings for night-vision and thermal clip-on devices, with model-specific parts designed to connect oculars, adapters and riflescopes in a more controlled way than universal improvised solutions. Within the wider Rusan lineup, these products sit alongside the company’s mounts, rings and rails, but their role is more specialized: they support the interface between observation or aiming optics and front-mounted electro-optical devices.

A defining characteristic of the series is its focus on system compatibility. Rusan offers both conventional and modular adapter systems, and the accessory range supports those platforms with dedicated connectors, reducing rings and spare parts for different device families. The modular concept is especially useful for shooters and hunters who want to use one clip-on device across multiple rifles or combine different optics with the same thermal unit. In practice, the series is built around precise fit, straightforward installation and compatibility with specific night-vision and thermal systems rather than one-size-fits-all hardware.

About the Rusan Reducing Ring for Pulsar 3x20B, 5x30B Ocular, Krypton

The Rusan Reducing Ring for Pulsar 3x20B, 5x30B Ocular, Krypton is a dedicated accessory for users building a clip-on setup around Pulsar Krypton-compatible oculars. Its purpose is straightforward but important: it adapts the interface so the relevant ocular can be matched correctly within the Rusan adapter system. In a thermal clip-on configuration, small dimensional differences matter, and a model-specific reducing ring helps avoid the looseness, misfit or inconsistent positioning that can come from using the wrong connecting part.

This accessory is intended for Pulsar 3x20B and 5x30B oculars, including the ocular format associated with the Krypton platform. That makes it useful for shooters and hunters who want a cleaner, more deliberate connection between the clip-on device and the supporting adapter hardware. Rather than changing optical performance itself, the ring contributes to the reliability of the overall mounting arrangement, which is what matters when a thermal clip-on must be installed consistently and removed without confusion over fitment.

Because it belongs to the Rusan Accessories family, this reducing ring also fits naturally into a broader ecosystem of adapter parts developed specifically for night-vision and thermal imaging devices. For users already working with Rusan components, that means a more coherent setup with parts designed around known device standards instead of generic workarounds.

About Rusan

Rusan-Mikron is a Croatian manufacturer based in Marija Bistrica, with roots in the Rusan family metalworking business dating to 1983. The company’s development in firearms and optics mounting equipment grew through a gunsmithing background, and Željko Rusan opened a gunsmith shop in 1986. Rusan began producing scope mounts in 1993, which established the foundation for the product categories the company is known for today.

The firm specializes in scope mounts, scope rings, Picatinny rails and firearm tuning products, and it also produces adapter clamps and related interfaces for night-vision and thermal-imaging devices. A notable step in this area came in 2009, when Rusan introduced its clip-on sight adapter clamp. That background is directly relevant to accessories such as reducing rings, because the company’s expertise lies in the precise mechanical connection between riflescopes, mounts and electro-optical clip-on systems.
