Redding Full Length Die Set .338 Remington Ultra Magnum

1. Full Length Sizing: This die set is engineered to perform a complete overhaul of your spent .338 RUM brass. It resizes the entire case body and neck back to factory specifications, simultaneously removing the spent primer. This process ensures that every reloaded cartridge will fit and feed reliably in all firearms, crucial for hunters and shooters who demand consistent performance in the field or at the range.

2. Robust Construction: Crafted from high-quality, heat-treated steel, these dies are built to withstand the rigorous demands of reloading large magnum cartridges like the .338 RUM. The robust material and precise machining guarantee long-term durability and consistent performance, cycle after cycle.

3. Exceptional Precision: Redding is renowned for its commitment to accuracy. This die set delivers unparalleled precision in bullet seating and case dimension control. The result is ammunition that performs with remarkable consistency, offering improved accuracy and reliability whether you are hunting big game or engaging in long-range shooting.

4. Optimized for Performance Cartridges: Designed specifically for the powerful .338 Remington Ultra Magnum, this set handles the unique characteristics of this bottleneck rifle cartridge with ease. It allows handloaders to produce ammunition that maximizes the cartridge's inherent ballistic potential, delivering flatter trajectories and superior energy transfer.

ABOUT THE REDDING FULL LENGTH DIE SET .338 REMINGTON ULTRA MAGNUM

The Redding Full Length Die Set for .338 Remington Ultra Magnum stands out as a premium choice for serious handloaders aiming for uncompromised accuracy and consistency with this powerful rifle cartridge. Unlike neck-sizing dies that only size the case neck, this full length set restores the entire case to SAAMI (Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers' Institute) specifications, including the body and shoulder, and decaps the spent primer. This critical function ensures that reloaded ammunition will reliably chamber and extract from any .338 RUM firearm, whether a bolt-action hunting rifle or a semi-automatic precision rifle, making it ideal for hunters, competitive shooters, and long-range enthusiasts. Crafted from heat-treated steel, these dies are designed for exceptional durability and precision control over critical case dimensions, which is paramount for safety and performance when dealing with high-pressure magnum loads. Each die is meticulously machined to maintain tight tolerances, significantly reducing brass work-hardening and extending the life of your cartridge cases, while providing superior bullet concentricity for enhanced ballistic performance. This set is indispensable for anyone seeking to produce match-grade or reliable hunting ammunition from fired brass.
