Recknagel Weaver Rear Base for Browning BAR / BLR

1. Precision Engineered: Each Recknagel Weaver rear base is meticulously machined in Germany for an exact fit on Browning BAR and BLR rifles. This dedication to precision ensures optimal scope alignment and stability, crucial for consistent accuracy.

2. Lightweight Durability: Crafted from high-quality aluminium, this base offers exceptional structural integrity while keeping the overall weight of your firearm to a minimum. The material is further enhanced with a durable anodised finish, providing robust corrosion resistance in various weather conditions.

3. Rifle-Specific Contouring: The base is expertly contoured to perfectly match the receiver of Browning BAR and BLR models. This specific design guarantees a snug, non-flexing interface between the base and the rifle, which is vital for maintaining zero during recoil.

4. Weaver Standard Reliability: Designed to the Weaver mounting standard, this rear base provides a versatile platform for a wide range of Weaver-style scope rings. While simple, it requires careful professional installation to ensure proper alignment across height, longitudinal, and horizontal axes, preventing any stress on your valuable optics.

ABOUT THE RECKNAGEL WEAVER REAR BASE FOR BROWNING BAR / BLR

The Recknagel Weaver Rear Base for Browning BAR / BLR stands out for its precision engineering and dedicated fit, offering a robust yet lightweight mounting solution for serious hunters and sport shooters. Unlike universal bases, this model is specifically contoured to seamlessly integrate with Browning BAR and BLR rifles, ensuring superior stability and alignment for your optical device. Crafted from premium aluminium in Germany, it offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance without adding unnecessary bulk to your firearm, a crucial advantage for those trekking long distances. Its primary function is to provide a reliable platform for attaching Weaver-style scope rings, securing your scope firmly in place. However, it is essential to note that two-piece Weaver bases require meticulous installation, ideally by a professional gunsmith, to ensure precise alignment in all three axes. This prevents unwanted stress on the scope tube and guarantees optimal accuracy, contrasting with the simpler, often DIY-friendly installation of a one-piece Picatinny rail. This base is particularly suited for hunters who value a streamlined, lightweight setup and understand the importance of expert installation for their equipment.
