Recknagel Weaver Front Base for Savage Flat Top

1. Economical Mounting Solution: This two-piece Weaver front base offers a cost-effective method to mount a rifle scope onto your Savage Flat Top rifle using readily available Weaver rings. It is an excellent choice for budget-conscious hunters and recreational shooters looking for a functional mounting option.

2. Lightweight Aluminium Construction: Crafted from robust aluminium, this base provides exceptional durability without adding unnecessary weight to your firearm. This lightweight characteristic is particularly beneficial for hunters who carry their rifles over long distances, ensuring agility and ease of handling in the field.

3. Precision German Engineering: Manufactured in Germany, the Recknagel Weaver front base adheres to stringent quality standards. This ensures precise fitment and reliable performance, crucial for maintaining zero and accuracy during intensive use. Designed for the specific contours of Savage Flat Top rifles.

4. Important Installation Note: While two-piece Weaver bases are an affordable mounting choice, their installation requires meticulous alignment in the height, longitudinal, and horizontal axes. Misalignment can stress the scope tube or lead to flex, potentially affecting accuracy and optic longevity. For optimal results, we strongly recommend professional installation by a qualified gunsmith or considering a one-piece Picatinny rail for simpler DIY setup.
