Inquiry about Pulsar Helion 2 XQ38F and Alternatives Hello Price Trade team, I am writing to inquire about the Pulsar Helion 2 XQ38F thermal monocular. Could you please provide me with its current price and availability? Furthermore, I would be interested in any more budget-friendly alternative models you might have with similar performance. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Guzic

by Guzic

Dear Sir,

The Pulsar Helion 2 XQ38F has unfortunately been discontinued, and we are no longer able to source or sell it.

For alternatives, the thermal imaging market is quite broad, so to recommend the most suitable models, we would need a bit more information about your intended use or specific requirements (e.g., observation distance, size, or budget).

In the meantime, you can view our full selection of thermal imaging devices here:
https://www.optics-trade.eu/si/thermal-imaging.html

Please note that, due to European export regulations, we do not sell thermal or night vision devices outside the EU.

Thank you for your understanding.

I would like to know your opinion whether this would work for marine mammals at sea?

by Alison

Dear Sir/Madam,

thank you for contacting us.

Above the surface, it will not be a problem, although when looking at the animal in the water, the image will not be clear due to the refraction of light.

Kind regards

Top optics Vrhunska optika

Game can be easily identified to at least 300-400m. The low starting elevation also provides a sufficiently wide field of view for finding game in tall grass, bushes, etc. The ideal distance for use is approx. 20-100m. The battery lasts for ages and recharges very quickly. The device is ergonomically designed, operation becomes easy with some practice, even in solid darkness. Recommended!

Priporocam!

Excellent thermal imaging device Odličan termovizijski uređaj

A really great device for observation in nature, literally nothing can be hidden from you, be it in the bushes, between the trees, on the trees between the branches, in the air, on the ground... if something is there you will discover it 100%. the field of view is strong good thanks to the initial magnification of 3.1x. the battery lasts a long time, so you don't have to constantly think about the charger. The detection range is incredible, the picture is excellent, clean!! All in all, I don't regret even the euro I paid for this device.
Greetings from Croatia..
